Aviator Pizza & BeerShop

It's not too big on the inside, so you may have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. The food was fantastic! The root beer float was super yummy! Their wedge salad was the best I've had (don't laugh, lol). Service could have been a little better, but overall, they still deserve 5-stars!

Visited the Pizza and Beer Shop on Wednesday night and it was just AMAZING! The food was incredible! Not sure if there is a new chef but it was out of this world! My sister had the wedge salad with chicken and it was a beautiful presentation and the chicken was melt in your mouth. I got the Caprese pizza and requested super thin crust. They took a 8 inch pizza crust and stretched it before adding the toppings. You could see through the crust it was so transparent! IT WAS PERFECTION!!!! I also had the garden salad and it was super fresh and presented on pretty plates and garnishes. TOP NOTCH service! We are setting a ladies night out twice monthly there for the pizza and beer shop location. Heck I may go back TODAY for lunch. I want that wedge chicken salad next! WAY TO GO AVIATOR PIZZA!!!

Had a great time on the rooftop with my family and friends. Alexis was our host/bartender and was friendly and made great drinks 10/10 . Food was delicious, recommend the BBQ Chicken White pizza and dry rub wings 10/10.

Great pizza. Excellent root beer - they brew their own. Service is always pleasant to fast. I especially enjoy sitting outside. And live music some evenings. Be there.

This was my first time here and I was blown away by everything! The food is amazingly good and Erin was such a great server. The kitchen staff was very friendly and even let us try a new menu item they are gonna debut soon. This is my new favorite spot in Fuquay!

I chose this spot for a girl's day out for my birthday and had a great time. The food was great with such a big selection of items to choose from. Our wait staff was there with everything we needed on time but not hovering. Very masculine atmosphere.

First time visiting Aviator. A friend of mine recommended the visit and the food and service didn't disappoint. It was not busy and the wait was minimal. The environment is rustic and open. Prices not too bad either. I have read some of the other reviews. I understand exactly what you mean about finding people willing to work. I'm glad to see you guys survived 2020 and wish you good luck in the future.

The Aviator empire continues to impress. Anyone who visited the bottle shop prior to the remodel will be amazed at the difference. While there is still a wide selection of cans and bottles to take home, the bar also offers crowlers of your favorite Aviator brews on tap, including seasonal offerings that are not typically canned. But it's the pizza oven that steals the show. The company mark is proudly displayed across the wood oven and for good reason. The pizzas are delicious and the wood fire sets the taste apart from other local offerings. Share a couple signature pies with friends or eat an entire custom 12" pie like I just did. The staff is incredibly friendly and treats you like one of their own. My family and I will definitely be back. Great job on this new venture.

Wow! Talk about a great experience. The pizza made in the brick oven is spot one. The beer selection is 2nd to none. Friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere. Talk about checking every box! Way to go guys.

Great pizza. Happy to find a local place with dine in and good brick oven pizza. The special on Monday and Tuesday with a free 6" is a great deal. Hogwild BBQ pizza is great and the pretzel is enormous.

PS I still think breakfast pizza with country gravy, spicey sausage and some mozzarella cheese would be 🔥🔥🔥 come on aviator take me back to that school breakfast pizza 😄

Went there for lunch on a Saturday. Parking in downtown Fuquay-Varina can be a challenge, but the pizzas are so worth it. The pizzas are brick oven cooked, the crust is crispy but not too thin, and the sauce is perfect, not too acidic or too sweet. The prices are just right as well. Sure, Dominoes is cheaper in price, but nowhere near as good.

Eating here right now as I type this. Normally wait till I get home and let this process but no need. Love this spot! Coming from the NE (NJ) I have had good pizza and was worried about find something similar. These guys make amazing thin crust crisp (but not burnt) gourmet tired pizza. And the beer is pretty good too, so bonus there. Come ou and support local while eating some damn good pizza in a fun hip atmosphere. Will 100% be back.

Great pizza, delicious beer and cocktails. Bartender did amazing with the lemon martinis, I had more than 2.. lol. Went on horror trivia night. Trivia was a fun, and the trivia host(sorry girl, didn’t catch your name) was super sweet and very interactive. Definitely would drive an hour again to hang with this crowd.

Everything was awesome. Had an after-work meeting and the pizzas were delicious and the bang bang shrimp were spicy. Pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and a Margherita pizza. So delicious. Only draw back is the noise level. It's way too loud inside.

We ordered Crash & Burn and Buffalo Chicken Pizzas for delivery. Pizzas were spicy and delicious with fresh toppings. Not too much sauce. We should have order their homemade beers along with pizzas. Highly recommend. We love it
