Great healthier fast food option. Their wraps are delicious (I highly recommend the jerk chicken wrap if you enjoy spicy; the Thai chicken wrap is a solid choice for those that prefer no heat but it still has a ton of flavor). Their smoothies are awesome too and feel like a meal themselves. Detox island green is a tasty healthy option and peanut butter paradise was so good, if you're looking for a dessert smoothie. The staff here are always nice and have my order ready quickly. They also do a great job getting my order right (I'm a picky eater and usually substitute at least one thing in my order). 10/10 would recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

The employees here are awesome! They are so friendly and upbeat- they always make my day when I come in for lunch. There's truly nothing like amazing customer service!

This tropical smoothie cafe has such a phenomenal customer service Nicholas and Emeliee was kind and patient helping me understand the app and getting my T-Mobile Tuesday customer service perk. I’m so truly impressed with the level of both of their customer service skills in a world where be kind has almost been forgotten. Thank you so much for ur kindness and not making me feel like a burden on getting free promotional items. I will definitely be coming back.

Averie makes me want to come back to this location. Not only did he make good suggestions but he was polite, attentive, and the only one there and still knocked it out of the park. Will be getting breakfast again here tomorrow!

Tried and loved the Baja and Thai Chicken wraps. Doc made some great suggestions and was very friendly and accommodating. We will return to try other options soon.

The new manager is awesome. The place has gotten a lot better. Ari at the counter is amazing too. Can't say enough about this location (other than the weird parking).

Today we showed up at Tropical Smoothie 10 minutes to noon for lunch .My daughter-in-law and I had a grilled cheese avocado sandwich and the chicken grilled and cheese pesto sandwich I'm not sure what the name was !! Lol When she told them that she had an allergy to strawberries the gentleman was super nice super epathetic did not mind sanitizing the blender was happy-go-lucky about the whole situation. He was excited for us as well thats she's pregnant and craving smoothies!! The grill cook was awesome ;the cashier was awesome we had a plus 10 Stars experience today!! The sandwiches and smoothies were delicious! the customer treated like family service was awesome all the way around!! thank you so much for putting a Tropical Smoothie on 13th Street in Gainesville Florida

Loved coming here in the morning and getting my smoothie before diving. Got the best service from Katrina. She was so sweet and very clear on the ingredients in our smoothies and food. Smoothie came out so delicious !

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming!!!! 🤩 The orders I place online are always ready on time. They always greet you as soon as you walk in and ask for your name to point you in the right direction for pick-up orders. 10/10!

Smoothie I like way they make real fruit make feel light and perfect for hit summer and I love new flatbread strawberry and chicken those so good. I will back again.
