My law firm has grown and it was necessary to upgrade my computer network to ensure that my client databases are safe and our computers are functioning smoothly. I spoke with Rich Delaney about my firm's needs at length and he and his team devised an excellent plan. They designed a business computer network infrastructure that uses the new MS Office 365 that has greatly improved productivity. I am covered 24/7 with technical support without having to do a thing. I have confidence that my hardware, software and databases will be there running at peak performance and are being backed up remotely. Having Delaney Computer Services provide managed IT support for my law firm was the best choice I could have made. Delaney is always very responsive and detail-oriented. I feel that they know what they're doing, they're prepared and they are most professional. Ryan was very particular about leaving my space exactly as he found it, knowing that I'm meticulous. He was very patient with me, setting me up with all my particular needs. If you can have your computer set up and come out of it without anxiety, it's a win-win situation. And Ryan and Delaney generally provide a win-win relationship. I really like these guys!

I have had the need to contact Delaney a handful of times for assistance. Sometimes warranted and sometimes it is a case of operator (me) error. Every time my stress level is high and patience is low, admittedly.
Regardless of the issue and the resolution the team has always been patient, professional, and detailed oriented. I never get off the phone until they are sure I am 100% back up and running and fully confident that all is in working order and I understand the process and future solutions. On 9Dec20 at 602 AM my main email account was hacked and hacker requested cash cards for a non existent niece from thousands of my contacts! Thereafter I received no more emails on my email account. I contacted Ian B at Delaney. He re-assured me he could solve the problem. His actions were highly professional, he spoke clear English and was easy to deal with. In about 30+ minutes he re-set my PW, regained control of my email account, re-set the email settings and verified all was good. I would use Delaney and esp. Ian B in a heart beat. Tom P
