The people who work here really know their stuff! They are very helpful and their suggestions make sense. As an older female I have gotten used to being treated like an idiot by most mechanics, but these gentlemen explained things without talking down to me and made me very comfortable!

Rodolfo went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He was kind and helpful. I felt very taken care of in a situation that was pretty stressful. Top tier customer service from this amazing man!!

Stopped to get transmission fluid and a funnel. The older man completely ignored me, but the younger gentleman more than made up that. He was extremely helpful and courteous. I was being picky about the brand that I wanted and he went in the back to check if there was more in stock with no prompting from me. I was willing to make do with what was out on the shelf. He was also more than happy to answer my questions without making me feel like I should already know better. Prices seem competitive and the customer service was good(at least from the one guy), so I would go here again if I'm on that side of town and need something for my car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would 💯💯💯. On 1/11/23, me and my group/ family were on our way to Gatornationals. Vehicle started having a problem and closest part store was this O Reilly.

Bought 4-golf cart batteries. The associate was very helpful in searching for the correct ones we needed replaced. We were refunded $22 each for our old ones and they put the new batteries in our car.

Came in here looking for a cabin air filter, Paul came over and offered to help. It was able to look up and find me what I needed pretty quickly. Highly recommend coming here, and thank you Paul!

My experience at O'Reilly's was very very good and I say that because when I went in they were very busy but the young man took time and made sure I got the right things and was very pleasant about everything

Today I was very impressed. That one of the employees for O'reillys auto parts, went above and beyond The Call of Duty. The salesman's name was Ron. It's really hard to find good help these days that will go the extra mile to help And I have had a great experience every time I've been to this store. I highly recommend to ask for Ron on any Technical questions and help. After he helps me put an air filter in on my many Cooper I offered to pay him and he would not accept. That showed great character and that store is lucky to have him.

This place has great quality parts and products. Their customer service are friendly and they have most of the parts I need for my VW Passat compared to other auto parts stores who do not

Very knowledgeable very helpful...:worked very hard to help me get the parts I was looking for I had a drive shaft out of a 95 Chevy 1500 needed it to fit the yoke in a 01 1500 Scott the manager made all the measurements and got me the right part right off the shelf everyone else told me it wasn’t possible...:Scott knew exactly what he was talking about and got it right the first time

All the employees I've interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful, the old guys are the best especially, always helpful and extremely knowledgeable overall great experience every time

Rudy’s stinky but great service

First - a HUGE shout out to Terry who helped me an my family out. We were travelling from Clearwater FL back to Texas and our alternator went out. We tried a few places in town but nobody could fit us in to replace it. Knowing it's only a few bolts and two wires, I went to the closest O'Reilly who luckily had the part in stock. Terry helped us out a lot with knowledge and a few loaner tools while I fixed it in the parking lot with 104 heat index. I highly recommend this place if you're in a bind and need to fix your car. Oh and be sure to ask for Terry.

I think this was Gainesville’s 2nd Oreily and a welcome addition to near Main. Less parking than university but never full too. Next to Dollar General. Always friendly available staff and no line compared to Autozone. Competitive prices
