What a great crew providing the very best of service. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to replace my Apple watch and as I looked around I noticed the same knowledgeable and courteous employees. That says a lot about management and it shows in customer service. By the way I went in on a Friday and had my new Apple watch delivered by Monday morning, thanks Sam.

Destiny is the one who greeted me, she helped me get a new phone because my old one was nearly falling apart. She was very sweet and friendly! After I had opened my new phone box & case I wanted to discard of them and out of no where, Creer came in and offered to trash it for me. Very very satisfied with both of them and being an AT&T customer for a while I can definitely brag on my services local employees!

My family had quite a difficult experience trying to transfer accounts over the phone! Lucky for us, we were assisted by Ariella (Ari) and later on joined by Katherine (Kate). The two of them not only found us the best deals but they also made the necessary calls needed for us to get situated. The process was stressful but w/their assistance the process was way more bearable! You should make your way to this specific location just to work with either Ariella or Katherine! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!! Thank you Ari & Kate! Have a happy and safe holidays.

Ariela was absolutely amazing. She answered all of my questions and pointed out some account short falls dealing with insurance. I will use this location which is next to one blood, planet fitness, and kohls all of which I do business with already.

Want to give a shoutout for Destiny at Panama City AT&T for a job well done! She did a great job getting me hooked up with a new iphone. She was great! Excellent customer service!

This review is for Patrick, Sam and Chris at the Panama City Florida location. I ordered phones over the phone and the sales associate lied and totally messed up my order. I ended up being charged almost 800$ for my first bill. I went to the physical location and Chris was able to fix everything. Patrick took care of all my activation fees and Sam was able to get my bill down lower than what it was originally supposed to be. They were so patient and were knowledgeable in their profession. Thank you so much guys for making a terrible experience better!!!

Sam took care of us and was great. I was with Straight Talk for years with hardly any service and constant problems. You could never get a real person. A T & T is great! I highly recommend them

I had a complex problem yesterday, an emergency I would say and a young tall gentleman named Sam helped me out with no problem. Sam took the time to listen and hear me out, Sam then told me all my options and he put me on the right track and my problem was solved w/in 15 minutes. Sam was very genuine and was not trying to make money off of me , he showed genuine concern and then made good things happen. Sam’s the Man and he and his colleagues @ ATT are a great team .
