Jaquelinne one of the employees was very helpful and polite and took her time to be patient and understand even tho I wasn't as patient and understanding you need more employees like her 5 stars good job

The help that Tiffany gave us was so amazing she went above and beyond for me she truly is awesome she made sure I understood everything I was getting even got me $30 off my bill every month

Tiffany was awesome. I had to get a new phone today because mine no longer worked. She was so helpful. She transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone and got everything set up for me. She was very patient with me and understanding as I know nothing about these new phone again thank you so much Tiffany. I highly recommend her. She will do all she can to make sure are satisfied.

I just want to say that I am so happy I stopped in to the Tomah store today. I have never met someone that takes care of there customers like Tiffany. I have had so many problems with metro and she talked me rite in to switching to cricket. She gave me the best plan and a great phone she helped me get everything set up and didn't try to rush me out of the store. She shows so much compassion for her job and is truly a great person I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for awesome customer service and friendly people thank you again Tiffany.

Would rather go to different location

Last night we went into ask about their WiFi adapters. To start, the girl behind the counter looked puzzled and confused if she even worked there; dragging her feet while coming to the front. She told us “Cricket doesn’t have ‘that’, you could go next door to AT&T”. After showing her the product from the display, she told us she needs 15 minutes to wait for her safe to open, which coincidentally had two of the items we were looking for. Once she was able to access the safe, she told us she “can’t scan either of the items” and called someone who told her “my kids are talkin to their dad I’ll call you back” and hung up on the employee.

The employees are uneducated with products, no hospitality skills and not professional.

The girl behind the counter acted as if she didn't understand English well and had to ask us what 2 times and looked confused when we said we where there for phone screen protectors and kept trying to give up phone cases . We have had to wait since before Christmas to get screen protectors because this location hasn't been open. she was on a SPEAKER phone call the whole time we were in the store paying more attention to her phone than the customer and she didn't offer to put our protectors on like employees have in the past. Cricket needs to seriously rethink their base pay for running this store. You get what you pay for and I'm sorry but your job posting for a GM to run your location had a pay range of 15-30 dollars....that's a pretty huge difference and I assume the to 30 is with sales commissions. If you want quality employees pay a quality wage. We've been considering switching to a competitor due to this locations low quality staff and not being open

Yesterday, morning, we went in to talk with someone about phone plans. The young man working had to tell us how tired he was, looked very disheveled and unkept. He had a difficult time answering questions and felt it necessary to tell us that the federal assistance financial program "is pretty great. I can tell you that because I'm on it." Cricket may want to talk with their associates about taking some pride in their jobs and educate them on customer services and how inappropriate it is to let their customers know they are on federal assistance. Not something we want or need to know. Very disappointed.
