The lady at the first window today 4.10.23 around 11am wear you pay gave more than a 5 star experience her customers service was marvelous and I told her she gets 5 stars. Need more just like her. She had on glasses and a flower pink headband and a huge smile.

Huge shoutout to Sabrina....what a wonderful employee and more importantly, person. She was so helpful and friendly. A travel day for us, from Brevard, NC, made more enjoyable by our encounter with Sabrina.

The old music they put on sometimes is one of the best things about eating here!

Very good service in the Simpsonville store the food tastes good but not healthy to eat every day for people with high cholesterol concerns.

I use this for a quick drive thru when heading out on 385. They tend to be quick and mostly accurate. Often there is a cute dog begging for scraps in the drive thru.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s now several times. Before coming to this particular restaurant I was getting ready to quit coming to McDonald’s forever due to poor service and poor quality food. Fortunately the Fountain Inn McDonald’s has restored my faith. I love the friendly service with a smile here, also my food comes out hot and delicious! Great job guys! I will drive out of my way to come here for my McDs fix.

First visit. Went through the drive thru, was very fast. Staff was very friendly, had my dog with me & they all spoke to him, & was just all around nice. Haven't had a decent McDonald's experience in years! Great job!

My wife and I took our two boys here because it is convenient. We all ordered through the online app, was told once we pulled up that it was closed. We all got out and approached the counter. I don't remember the young man who helped us, but he explained that they were experiencing technical difficulties and he made sure we received our order. This guy was very nice. By far the best McDonald's that is close to us. 👍

The single best customer service I've received at a McDonald's since the 90s. Customer service has been terrible with McDonald's for so long that I was SHOCKED by someone treating me with a smile and kindness. They actually made me feel good and every item was correct! Thank you Sidel!!

They have great team leaders and managers.

I've never had a problem at this location. Food is always good, order is always correct to the point I don't even check it anymore before I leave. Clean inside and quick service. I prefer this location to others closer by.

This is the best McDonald's I have been to on a while. They were very polite and took my order fast got my food to me fast and my food was fresh. Like I said best McDonald's I have been to in a very long time.

It's was very busy...lunch time, but they had things running smoothly. Did NOT see 1 employee just standing around. We went in for a take out order, lines were nearly out the door while the drive-thru was SLAMMED. We used the kiosk to place, verify, & pay for our order. Our order was ready in 20 mins., not bad considering how crowded it was inside & out. Took us almost as long to get out of the lot as it did to place our order & receive it. Too bad they didn't foresee the difficulty customers will have maneuvering through their lot when they installed 2 drive-thru lanes. IMHO, the lot should be 3 times as wide to accommodate parking & a 2 lane drive-thru.

Did drive thru.. We like their frappes, fish fillets,burgers, and fries. Their personnel make our visits pleasant. Can't wait for their dining room to open up. (Such a shame, what this virus has done!) Just sayin'....

The lady stocking up the drink station around 11:40 am today (forgot to ask her name, shame on me) is so cool. She brightened up my stressful day. 🌻 Also that McChicken was delish thank you all!

not your run of the mill fast food place. server was very friendly, with a twinkle in her eyes, in spite of her mask. manager came from behind counter to give us our food and asked us to come back.

Service has been much better lately. The ladies at the drive-through were friendly and smiling!
