AutoZone Auto Parts

Thanks to "TJ" at Hammonton AutoZone, White Horse Pike....TJ changed the air filter in my Mercedes CLA 250. From the purchase of the filter to installation took place in a timely manner. He was very courteous & professional. I was on my way within 10 minutes. I recommend this location.

Awesome customer service. Nick saved the day and couldn't have been quicker with it. I know where to go to get problems fixed fast.

I've been in and out of here before for oil and other small things. The place is always organized, clean and easy to get into fast which is why I prefer it to some other stores in town.

Recently though I got in a little too deep with a bigger job and hit a few snags. The staff was really helpful with tips and tricks, especially Jimmy who was great and gave me the positivity I need to take my car apart for a second time. I really appreciate the help, which is priceless nowadays. Thanks guys!

P.S.- If you're looking for a torque wrench, just get the Duralast they carry. The range (as low as 5 ft lbs) and accuracy are leaps and bounds better than the cheaper ones I've grabbed from Harbor Freight and they carry it in stock which is better than most auto or hardware stores.

Update 4/27/24

I had a couple disappointing interactions in recent visits, but I want to say that I had an issue that a young associate tried hard to resolve. He couldn't, but he brought it to a supervisor named Peter who took care of a computer glitch involving a core return. Both these guys helped me out and I appreciate their time and effort.

Came to the store with a battery issue and Tom really helped out. Even taught me how to replace the battery for next time and was patient with all my questions. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

This is by far the best auto parts store I've ever been to. I'm so glad they opened in Hammonton. The store is pretty well stocked, very organized and clean. All of their employees are actual car people, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. One employee in particular is AMAZING. I believe her name is Neidy. This girl is a true asset to any company!

The customer service was exceptional. It was 20 minutes before closing and they helped me install a brand new battery with no attitude at all. Love the team at this store. Thank you guys so much!!!

Very clean and organized store, 2 staff members working. There was a steady customer flow and the people behind the counter were very professional and helpful. This made waiting ( only a few short minutes) very understandable and pleasant.
Bought brake pads which were more expensive then last time. I put this blame on the government powers in charge at this time by getting in the way of a free market and not auto zone. The other things i wanted will have to wait.

My shopping trip today was delightful thanks to the representative Christian W. Without His wisdom in the items I needed for my fleet vehicle my trip would have ended in peril. Christians’ overwhelming desire to assist me and offer his insightful knowledge in the subject matter I was dealing with, was the primary reason I chose to select additional items, I wasn’t originally there to buy. His approach was low key and not tacky. I would recommend anyone to visit this location over others and request Christian to assist. I would shop here again thanks to Christian. Whomever chose to hire Christian W. made a wise decision and I hope he climbs the corporate ladder in the organization with the help of his peers and mentors. Thanks - AutoZone!!!

Needed new wipers blades for my Prius. Josh and Steve were very helpful as we had some difficulty finding the appropriate blades and the adaptors that would work. They were great and I’d go back there for sure. Thanks.

One employee in particular, a spanish girl, Amanda R (I believe she went by Mandy), I could tell was a VERY hard worker. She knew the store inside & out. Her knowledge of cars was also far surpassing that of your typical auto parts store employee that is only there for the paycheck. Her love of cars and her "drive" (pun intended) to help the customers is only outshined by her pleasant attitude and friendly disposition. She honestly deserves a promotion and a raise, and should be running this store.

I borrowed their diagnosis machine, and they explained to me the parts needed to repair my car. The staff was very attractive and patient with my questions!

It's hard to find a decent parts place with reliable parts, I like autozone. The people are friendly and haven't let me down. The parts are of decent and I'd venture to say better than comparable places
