The UPS Store

In mid-December, mid-morning, I was the 10th patron in line. I watched the manager, assistant manager and one employee serve each person patiently while keeping an eye on the ever-growing line, reassuring those waiting, directing and helping those who could serve themselves with Amazon returns.
All the while they were courteous, efficient , friendly, and totally focused on serving the person in front of them. They had a whole workday ahead of them during the height of holiday shipping season, and they were at their best. I had to thank them and cheer them on. These are great people and I hope they are recognized for their dedication on the job.

Kelson and the Manager took excellent customer care and interest in ensuring my package was wrapped and arrived safely. Ultimately, they recommended some additional UPS services to pack and insure the package. The peace of mind was worth it.

I have always gone to other places for print jobs but randomly found I could do it at the UPS Store. Printed a full color project and had the papers cut as well. Michael went above and beyond making sure I was pleased with the project and that it was how I wanted it. I will now be using The UPS store for future printing projects.

Thank you to the 17h and State Street UPS team for helping me ship 12 boxes today as I move from Boise to Chicago. Could not have done it without your help!!!.

OMG....I didnt just get great customer service here...I was given A1 CUSTOMER SERVICE ....AND with a smile! 10.24.23 at 1030am the staff her provided me with Spectacular Customer Service. Bridget (pretty red lipstick and groomed so professionally and nice) provided my Notary Service. She was Kind, Quick and Effecient. 👌. I would drive clear from any other side of Boise to come back here!

I've had my mail box with this UPS Store for almost 20 years. I'm honestly shocked by seeing low reviews. I can assure you after being a 20 year client... this UPS Store is amazing! The service is above and beyond. When you rent a box here.. you feel like part of the family. The UPS store took me through so much... growing my business, being a stable address while I've been traveling, forwarding mail safely around the world and always having my best interests at heart. If you are looking for a stable address and want to be recognized and treated like a human... I highly recommend you use 1775 W State Street as your address.

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews on here. The staff at this shop are AMAZING!! Very efficient and friendly. I always have a good experience. I specifically came on here to sing the praises of their designer and print specialist, Alan. He is a true superhero at what he does. He has designed a few things for my small business now and I always love what he produces. He is so friendly and the turn around is fast and well priced. I had a great experience at this UPS store. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and took care of my issues quickly on my lunch break. That would be enough to leave a solid review, but it was how they dealt with other customers I admired most. I watched them deal with a disruptive and verbally abusive customer, who had a completely irrational request. They handled him with care, while keeping their cool in a situation I know I would have not acted as calmly in. Well done to their crew for taking care of this situation and keeping the rest of the customers feeling safe and taken care of.

Paulee and Zoe were incredibly helpful with a large shipment. They helped us so much, both in terms of sorting thru it all and in their courtesy/professionalism. There is a reason why I always use this store for all my shipping needs!

Michael in the printing dept really helped me out with some beautiful poster board prints for my wedding. Super helpful and really appreciate him and his team.

Everyone at The UPS Store in Boise has always been amazing. I moved out of the country a couple of years ago and the staff at the Store has gone out of their way to look through my mail if I am waiting for something in particular and tell me if I received something and when I'm ready to have my items shipped abroad we go through my mail over the phone so they aren't shipping junk internationally.

When I was in the area, I used the online print to location several times and always received exactly what I need.

I almost don't need my US mailing address anymore but to keep the option of having a US delivery location if I need it for the cost...I just may keep my box for a while.

I’ll admit that when I came in today, I was a pain to deal with. I had a tricky return and just didn’t have my ducks in a row. Needless to say, I had to walk myself through everything in front of Erin which I know was a waste of her time (sorry again!). The worst part? I swear I changed the insurance four or five times! Erin was friendly and patient with me despite the trouble I caused, and I really appreciated it! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service Erin!
