McDonald's

Well it's McDonald's. It'd processed so obviously quality of food is bottom tier. I e joy the atmosphere though. I know some of the employees here so I'm biased but overall friendly service. Love this location for studying and meeting up with people

They got our drive-thru order 100% right, which is enough for 5⭐ IMO 😎

My kids and I go camping at IL beach state park and inevitably end up eating a meal or two at this McDonald's every time. It is one of the nicest McDonald's we've been to - well maintained inside and out with nice landscaping around a collection of outdoor tables perfect for eating an ice cream sundae. The staff is so friendly they just treated my daughter to a free ice cream. Really great resource to have so close to the campground!

There are a million McDonald's. But not all are as great as this place in terms of customer service. If I have an issue the address and fix it if they can. I come here regularly for coffee so I know their attentiveness isn't in relation to the size of my order. They allow my service dog and they always make him feel welcome. I tell them I always come to this McDonald's as opposed to the one that's closer to where I stay. They make me feel okay even though I know I could be one of those pain in the butt customers. Bravo to the management and staff. I've eaten it a lot of high-end restaurants over the years and it's kind of weird that the most sincere post I've written out of the very few. Are for fast food chain

Never disappointed with this place. Ok maybe a few times because the like everyone can't find any good workers. Buy they do get it done right. Regardless. The bear family nows how to keep me coming back...

Extremely busy location on a Saturday morning. Running two lanes of drive through and a packed lobby. Staff was doing a pretty decent job keeping up. Ordered breakfast for 5 with a few special requests. Everything was delivered as ordered.

Always busy but they keep it moving fast. Everyone here is nice. Occasional issues getting in and out of the parking lot but it's not the employees fault, just the way it's built.

I highly recommend the coffee at this location. I'm sure great care is taken for the maintenance of the coffee maker. Coffee is always great there alot better than Starbucks. Great coffee and the staff are super friendly what more can you ask for. I wish all McDonald's were like this one. I literally go out of my way to get my coffee from there.

I was greeted as I walked in. They took my order right away, I received exactly what I order. The girl that took my order was very polite and professional, I didn't get her name. The place was very clean including the bathrooms. The prices seam to be going up.

Young gentlemen working at this location (red eye shift) was very patient and ensured our order was right. I tried two McDonalds a little north into Wisconsin before this spot and can honestly say the quality in customer service does not compare.

A friend of mine was in the hospital for a good period of time and wasn't eating to well. Hospital food wasn't agreeing with him. He was looking pretty bleak and I was worried. But I knew he loved McDonald's shakes and two large shakes everyday brought him back. Thank you McDonald's for saving my friends life.

Food here the majority of the time is cooked well and fresh. My order is usually wrong though. Kind of a given with fast food in this area. Not a big deal, I'm not picky. Just saying.

The food was delicious and the service was great. Can't wait to go back.

The staff was super friendly, wait time was normal to receive my food. It wasn't a rush hour so it came pretty quickly. The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was warm and easy going.

Usually stop for coffee. Service is always, quick and efficient. Coffee is even better! If you're traveling Sheridan Rd. through northern Lake County Illinois, make a point of stopping. Friendly, fast and always good!!!

I always get great service, and the employees are always friendly! It doesn’t matter if I’m just ordering coffee, ice tea, or a meal, it turns out great. My one minor complaint, less ice in the tea.

Very rarely do you find a McDonald's that has a very neat and tidy atmosphere. Even the restrooms are well maintained. The staff was very active and the service was fast .

Wish most McDonald's were like this .

Fast service. And they were very helpful and didn't act inconvenienced by my husband's special extra picky order of a double hamburger with absolutely nothing on it, including no cheese, ONLY KETCHUP. THEY LAUGHED WITH ME AT HIS CHILDISH PICKINESS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS DOING IT. AND THEY ALSO REMEMBERED TO EVEN PUT THE 2 EXTRA PACKETS OF MAYO FOR MY CHICKEN SANDWICH!

I went to McDonald's in Zion I don't have photos to add just to say that their food was good and hot. And they went out of their way to hurry and get me what I needed I was in a hurry what else can I say it's McDonald's and I love filling out their surveys cuz when I do I get also buy one get one free on a lot of items

Great customer service, didn’t mind waiting long for my Chicken McGriddle!!!!!
