Only giving five stars because my third time in today I actually had someone help me. The two previous times I have went into the store. Multiple workers just stand behind the counter, and do not ask if you need anything, and if you do ask, the demeanor by multiple employees has not been the best. I went in again today because Hibbett did not have my son shoes and Antonio helped me and was very respectful and did not make me feel like a burden asking for shoes. I did not even want to go in today, but glad I did and had great customer service.

The store is clean and presentable, with a large selection of shoes and clothing accessories to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions regarding the upcoming release of the new Jordan's. The manager is simply awesome, a military veteran and genuine person. Give City Gear a try. I highly recommend!

Dennis and Antonio are great, they have top notch customer service skills and were super helpful. I will def go to that store 1st when I'm getting my hats and shoes.
