I went to The T Mobile in Crafton shopping center And Asst Manager Matt was amazing he helped me save money and get an amazing phone and plan I wish there were more like him

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Jared was exceptional and took his time explaining everything from plans to phones to accessories to us.

To be honest I had low expectations walking in because every time I've ever had to visit a phone store with a messed up phone it has never been a pleasant experience. The team in this location was extremely helpful and nice. They helped me through my phone issues and gave me a few different options about how to further address my phone problems. They were helpful enough to make me want to come on here and give a positive review so that's saying something.

Had a problem with my phone regarding the screen being locked. Took it to Metro but was told by the employee that he did not know of any way to unlock my phone so I would probably have to buy another one.
I went to T-Mobile and asked if it there was any way possible to open my phone. Hannah, who was working that day, spent 30 minutes doing what was necessary to resolve the problem.
I am grateful for her assistance and will now switch our plan to
T Mobile, not only because of the service but also because we found a plan that is better cost wise to fit our budget!

If I could give 6 stars I would. One of the best Phone stores I've ever been in. The staff were super friendly, and very attentive to my needs. Mercedes is fantastic!! Just had to get the new Sprint/T-Mobile Sims card installed. Great customer service.

Switched service from Sprint to T-Mobile (which are combined) and have met 3 VERY helpful employees. NO complaints. I went back few times bc questions about my new phone. They (Mike, Jacob & Mercedes) all gladly helped on EVERY occasion. Thanks!

Nice how the guy figured out there was nothing wrong with my devices, he said it appears the internet or data's used up for month til it refreshes & it may be easy fix but I didn't know that so I was happy thanks again

I went in after another mobile service let me down and made my experience frustrating over the course of a week. I was able to get exactly what I needed. Mindy was knowledgeable, patient, and went over and beyond to help me get setup. I even ran into some trouble accessing my pin from my previous carrier. Mindy called them herself to help. I highly recommend. Thanks again. :)

Brittany was awesome! Helped me get my SIM card fixed. I was in and out in no time. She was very polite, knowledgeable of her job, and good attitude despite the store being busy.

I went in because of a problem with my phone, they were really nice and helpful, they told me what to do and my phone was fixed before I got home.
