We went to the Wendy’s up in kennedy twp on Pine Hollow Road. The service was really efficient and friendly even though we had an extremely big order. The food was tasty,

The Wendy's on universal boulevard is a good one to go to they serve everything hot and the restaurant is kept very clean

Really have no complaints about this location. It seems new and clean, they got our order right and the food was as expected. There is a large screen TV which plays on silent with a large table and tall chairs in front, so that is where my kids chose to sit. We have also been to the McDonald's just across the street, which is small cramped and crowded, so if we are in the area and wants has food, we will definitely come here instead.

Never had such a good Wendy’s burger in my life. My husband got the bacon jalapeño burger. I ordered the Dave’s double and a sweet tea. It was hot, fresh, and amazing. The grease was just the right level. The cheese was melted. The lettuce was crisp. The sweet tea didn’t taste burnt like a ton of places do. I scarfed it and wanted more. Would eat here again. Will go out of my way to come to this Wendy’s again. If you had to pick between 2, pick this one. IDK how they did it, but that burger was top notch.

One of the few Wendy’s that allows you in the lobby to order or pick up delivery orders. Being a Door Dash driver it’s greatly appreciated, as it means I don’t have to sit in the drive thru. Their sign is also super clear about their hours. This location is doing a GREAT job!!

Honestly this is consistently my favorite Wendy's location in the area. The food is always correct and piping hot. I've experienced not really cold but lukewarm food at other locations.

This one’s top tier, they don’t waste food. 😁💖 I support businesses that make sure everything’s out as long as it’s still good.

Casey the cashier was awesome with my niece and I. I also observed him with an older woman in front of me with disabilities and treated her with so much respect wemt out of his way to help her.I believe the womans name was Cheryl she said she was a regular

The food is just like you remember it, filling and good. No longer a franchise, the employees and management actually care about the customers and the food preparation. Highly recommended.

I been around this great big world abd I seen all kinds of wendys. This one is the best. Don't waste your time with that mcdonalds garbage. The man behind the counter called me sir, as when I said I would grab ketchup he got it for me. Food came out quick and was hot. Any LOSER who eats at another fast food joint can go ruin their life if they please. As for me, I'm taking the path of rightchousness.

Food was on point , taste better then any other Wendy’s in PGH, and the girl at the pick up window delivered a warm smile and was very generous. Good job Kennedy Wendy’s feb 6th 10:57

The new Kennedy Wendy's seems to be coming along nicely. Kind and courteous staff. Wait time is much less than before the renovation.

Wendy's chicken is better than anything McDonald's makes. Also get the chili instead if fries in your combo, and ask for the hot sauce packets for the chili...

An old boyfriend got me hooked on their honey mustard for my French fries and I always ask for extra honey mustard because it is the best I've ever had

The staff is outstanding! They saw me with a cane due to my MS. And in response they delivered my meal to me at my table. They even checked up on me a few times.

Wendys is a good place to eat because if ur in a rush the u can hurry and get food and keep going and u will be in your 🚗 car still to so next time ur in a rush go to the drive thru and another things is its cheap
