A few months ago my home concentrator broke and because of my primary care person and a bad fax machine there was a problem getting a new concentrator. I livr in Mandain now and it is long way to Palatka, It rook three months to get it. Thanks to Tracy , from Your Home Medical, I now have a new concentrator. Tracy didn't give up with fighting for my Oxygen equipment. I've been going there for four years and will keep doing so.

I wish I had read these reviews before doing business with this company. Very predatory practices. As others have stated, they overcharge for items that could easily be purchased online. Made a cash sale with them (no insurance involved) for an electric scooter. Way overcharged for a scooter that feels every tiny bump when using, causing me pain. Just not the quality I had expected for close to $2k out of pocket. Then tried to get a new manual wheelchair from them, using insurance, and got nothing but a run-around for an item that is way cheaper online or at other DMEs. When I informed them I wanted to cancel the order, they did absolutely nothing to try to maintain my business relationship with them.

Very unprofessional. I was helping my elderly parents with several things, one of which required me to try to work with this office. I was told via phone, by Destiny at the office that she had one Rx order to fill before ours and would call us when ready. Several hours later I called back to check, only to learn that they don't take the type of Medicare insurance that my Dad has. She never called us to tell us this, she stated she called the Dr's office to tell them & left a voice message. Why wouldn't she call "us", the patient??
Destiny transferred me to someone else to try to find a route to possibly get the item covered, as it always was....Destiny thought she was still on hold, when she stated to someone "I told her 3 times!".

Well, I had been very patient and kind with Destiny. until I overheard her say that, and at that point my patience was over! I had dealt with her in a kind manner, only to have to deal with her very unprofessional manner & tone. No one deserves it. She deals with folks that are not well! I am in good health, and have the energy to handle the situation (professionally).
I explained to the Woman that I was speaking with that I did not appreciate Destiny's lack of proffessionalism, and I would appreciate that this matter would be handled with the Office Manager in charge. The woman I spoke with reassured me that she would. Whether or not that happens, I don't know. We will be paying cash for the item at another Pharmacy in town that also has it in stock.
**Someone, please handle this matter appropriately. Office staff can make or break a business. There are other Pharmacies to conduct business with.

this company's service is TERRIBLE. I have used them for more than a year for CPap supplies. They don't answer their phone, all calls go to a voice mail and they never return calls. I have voiced complaints to the company manager and gotten no response at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I wish I had read these reviews before I did business with them. The service in person and by phone is truly terrible. Most calls go to voice mail and no return calls. However one employee did all she could to help me. Her name I believe was Renae.

They lie and tell you it's covered and it's not. 6 months later you get billed from a 3rd party. They knew it would happen and didn't say a word about it. Very dishonest people working there. All of them.

Employees seemed to be more interested in having a casual conversation than assisting my grandparents
