I cannot recommend Dr. Alqurneh highly enough! As a family practice physician, she consistently provides exceptional care to all members of our family. Her deep knowledge, combined with a warm and attentive bedside manner, makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. Alqurneh takes the time to listen and addresses all our concerns thoroughly. Her approach to treatment is thoughtful and individualized, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our health. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a dedicated and compassionate doctor. Dr. Alqurneh has been nothing but patient with me. She always listens to my concerns and symptoms. She doesn’t just mask my symptoms with medicine but makes sure we get to the root of the cause.

Dr. Alqurneh is an excellent PCP. As a medical student I have a high expectation of what I want out of my PCP, and Dr. Alqurneh has beyond exceeded my expectations. She is extremely knowledegeable, caring, and is willing to listen. I highly recommend for others to take her on as a PCP.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a PCP. In my initial visit with Dr. Alqurneh, I expressed my concerns, increasing list of symptoms, and how I was not feeling well at all to the point where it was affecting my day to day activities. She failed to mention that she would be going on vacation, and completely disregarded my care. My blood test results came back with urgent issues, and Dr. Alqurneh was not able to be reached. She went on vacation without informing her patients she would be out of contact and without finishing a review of any results and orders that came in. At the very least, she could respond to messages through the Epic MyChart system through her phone, but she never responded to me. As a healthcare provider, your job is to ensure the best form of patient centered care and to listen/follow up with your patient. My situation got so bad after no follow up with Dr. Alqurneh regarding my blood test results that I had to visit the emergency room. The emergency room physicians were shocked that Dr. Alqurneh hadn’t at least viewed the blood test results or followed up about a course of action before leaving for vacation. All it would take would be viewing the results on my chart on her laptop, and making a phone call. She neglected my patient care, and I had to schedule another appointment with a doctor at the same practice just to have my blood test results be read and for a referral to be made to receive the care I needed. Dr. Alqurneh’s front desk staff could not even send my referrals correctly as urgent, even though the physician at the same practice who read my blood test results said the issue was urgent. Such an unprofessional experience, and Dr. Alqurneh’s lack of follow up cost me several days without the adequate care I needed to receive.
