Quick & easy checkout. The associate who checked me out was extremely friendly & courteous.

The team that works at this location are great!! fast, friendly and courteous.

Great for stuff you need after most stores close.

I asked a new employee for assistance and she bossed her way into the sale.
How is anyone going to learn with that kind of training.

Went in this morning 7:30-7:35 am no coffee, every thing of coffe was empty and seemed to be empty for a while along with iced coffee and any other coffe products. Same thing at noon. I’ve never had this problem in the past few weeks.

7/21/23 8:25pm terrible experience with the female working - the male was wonderful who was actually waiting on me - the female was rude and combative with the person she was taking care of and me who was being taken care of by the male employee and even after her altercation with her own customer she decided to then take her issue up with me - she didn’t even care about the state trooper before me or the Orchard Park Police officer after me - she had to be disrespectful because she didn’t get satisfaction with the customer she was taken care of because he just said give me my change and walked out - might want to consider other employee options because she should not be talking to customers that way

Every other day this location is closed due to not having staff it just ridiculous now then when they are open the donuts are not fresh and staff customer is poor

Used to love this store. Over the past several months, every single time I stop in- day or night- the place is always understaffed. Employees are friendly but the higher management needs to seriously get their management together and hire more than one worker. Avoid this place if you’re in a rush!!

Although the employees are good, this place is horrible. The pumps NEVER work....either the credit card reader is down or they're just out of service altogether. And I now have a charge pending on my account for $25 more than my gas purchase: because the credit card reader was down at the pump I had to go inside and guess how much I needed to pay. Also, ever since it changed from Wilson Farms to 7 Eleven, the prices SKYROCKETED. Staple products (milk, pop, juice) are AT LEAST 50 cents to a dollar more than anywhere else around. Skip this place and head to Delta Sonic a couple miles west or Sunoco, a couple miles east.

Says 7/11 but are open 24/7. False advertising.
