I recently needed to find a storage facility outside of my region, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Life Storage. The entire experience was exceptional, largely thanks to Alexis. From the moment I contacted her, she provided outstanding service, explaining every detail, helping me figure out the size I needed and reserving it over the phone. Alexis was incredibly informative, offering clear and concise details about the available options and pricing.

Since I reserved it without actually seeing the facility - now that I have - it's immaculate and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings would be safe and secure. The pricing was very competitive, making it an excellent value for the quality of service and facilities provided. Alexis even gave me access to the facility during late hours accommodating my schedule.

Overall, Life Storage has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Life Storage and believe me...I called 5 different places and I'm so happy that I chose this one.

Jen and Alexis are absolutely wonderful. Always upbeat, helpful, understanding and professional. Great Team!!

However, I was renting a climate controlled unit to avoid getting mold and such on my items, unfortunately, I did have a few items that did have green mold on them.

Other than the above, my experience was a great one!!

I occupy an indoor storage space at Life Storage. Alexis and Jen are always helpful while running a safe, secure, and CLEAN facility. I 100% recommend this location to anybody with storage needs.

LIFE STORAGE on TRANSIT RD in W. SENECA is the "BOMB" ;) You can ALWAYS tell how good a place is, by the way you are treated when you go there. Alexis in the office is AMAZING and the manager (whose name slips my mind right now, I think it was Jen) is AWESOME. I went there one day, to get a few things out. I showed up with crutches. I stopped in the office to ask a few questions, which the girls answered courteously and ALEXIS graciously offered to help me. I WAS AMAZED. She helped me get the 2 items out (it was not busy at that time) and I left. Like I said in the beginning, "this place is the bomb". It is a pleasure going there (I wouldn't want to lose those girls, folks). TY for giving me the chance to express my opinion. "AWESOME PLACE" :) :) :)

This was a quick and easy process Sherman was extremely helpful and had great customer service! I would highly recommend Life storage

I am extremely pleased at my experience so far. The areas were all very clean and Jen has been very helpful and friendly. I forgot to latch my storage bin door the first time and she called quickly to notify me!! Very appreciative.

I love this location. Jen has made it so easy and simple, any questions you may have she is there to assist. It was a breeze to sign up for a unit and everything else is online. I have a climate controlled unit on the third floor with ample space and easy accessibility. Definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

Alexis was amazing. She showed me all my options. Went through the whole process in the upmost professional manner. Alexis helped me maximize my needs while keeping the cost of the storage unit low. I have rented many storage units over the years and this was by far the best experience I never had. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank u for everything 🙏

The storage unit was just as promised! Clean, well lit, the lock was provided as well. The staff has been very helpful and easy to work with! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Was very satisfied with Life Storage , very clean , secure and helpful staff . Was happy that when we moved out that they prorated our date so only paid a small portion of the storage fee . Thank you

This was our first experience ever with a storage unit and we cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Jen really does an amazing job with everything. Very communicative from the beginning and extremely willing to work with you if your storage needs change throughout the process. The facility is extremely clean and easily accessible. Would definitely come back to this location for all of our future storage needs. Truly was a pleasure working with Jen throughout the entire process.
