I was greeted when I walked through the door and helped right away! The food was hot and fresh and looked great! I will go back and eat there again! Very clean store! 👌

Good! This location is super nice and before I even left the drive-thru the gentleman had admitted that he gave me the wrong order so he fixed it right away. I truly appreciate good customer service at fast food restaurants all over the place so thank you so much I appreciate you sorry I would mention you if I knew your name but I didn't catch that but you know who you are keep doing what you're doing thank you so much!

The food was great and served fairly quickly, staff is friendly, and dining area was clean..

Food was so good I couldn't believe it. Please put the 5 layer beef burritos and taco special order back up.

Sometimes I go inside, sometime I go through the drive thru. EVERY time my order is correct and fresh. This location is pretty fast and even better its always so clean!

Taco Bell is one of those classic American fast food places that, in my opinion, is an acquired taste. Honestly, I love Taco Bell, and this location in particular is really nice and clean, the workers are nice, and the food is always relatively good quality (for Taco Bell standards). You always know what to expect here. My favorites are the cheese quesadilla, chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and Mexican pizza.

Haven’t been to a Taco Bell for years. I’m giving this location 5 stars because of the great service from the friendly staff, even though they were slammed. Food was ok.

Fast and tasty. The employees are friendly and seem to like working here. Nice burritos.

Amazing Customer Service. I didn't expect much, but several employees really went out of their way to assist me. I didn't care much for the Christmas display they had, but I really appreciate the work that went into it - it showed that these guys are serious about providing good customer service.

I’m not one to review, however when exceptional service and hospitality is embodied effortlessly… I must rave about it. Alex was working on July 21st, and truly was going above and beyond to make exceptions to my complicated order, sure you’re think “complicated taco bell order”.

Yes I ordered something that wasn’t necessarily on the menu, and his heartfelt dedication to please my needs was so genuine. He was running the counter and managing drive thru & maintaining kitchen needs. Not for one second did he show an ounce of annoyance or frustration. He managed himself and his tasks incredibly professional. I manage Flemings down the street, so when I see a valuable dedicated associate I can’t help but inform their management. This location should feel grateful to have someone who embodies their mission. He’s killing it, thank you Alex!

This location is always very quick. The lobby is always pretty dead and the drive-thur is very busy. Even with the fact they are quick with your order.

This taco bell was very clean and friendly staff. Something we would like to see in the bathrooms though would be a changing table for a baby. My wife had to change our daughter on the floor with a bunch of toilet seat covers on the ground. Luckily the place was clean enough to do that. Rating is five star because of fast service, accurate food, and food was hot and tasted good

I never do fast food reviews but I had a really good experience at this location. Came almost close to their closing time at 2am because my husband & I have a messed up schedule with Honeymoon Jetlag.

Normally when you’re coming close to closing it would annoy the crew but not this place.

Kyla was working the drive they window was very patient when I was ordering food. I kind of made her wait for a little looking at the menu. When I got to the drive thru window she was very welcoming. After I paid she noticed my nails and complimented them. We had a nice conversation and she made my visit quite enjoyable. Well definitely come back because of her.

Food was fast and normal the deliciousness. Definitely recommend this location.

The bell like with most fast food sometimes they don't have soda sometimes they don't have one thing or another they're hit or miss but the ladies are always nice at the the car service

Did not give me all items and the wait was ridiculous. Also got my drink order wrong, but was over it at this point.

Update! I was this side of town today. So I went to go get my taco that was left out of my order. "Isaiah" replaced my entire meal no questions asked. I have to say this made my day. It's hard to find good customer service anymore.

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell. The people here are very friendly and polite. My order comes out perfect and hot if it's supposed to be hot and cold if it's supposed to be cold. YAY! They keep the place neat and clean. I haven't been disappointed in the 4 years I've been going here.

As of the last 6 months, quite a few changes to the staff have been made, positive changes. Used to be an okay spot that would muck up easy orders, now they're spot on every time, easy to get to if you live on West Charleston. Recommended.
