Water Street Cafe

We stopped by on our way from JH Ranch back to the airport.

We loved the food, people, and dog-friendly environment. Breakfast here was an excellent finale to our visit to the area.

Was walking by and was super cold, needing a pick-me-up. The barista whipped up the most delicious Chai latte and we had a great conversation about the history of Ashland. Would definitely be back to try more items!

My man and I have been to Ashland many times but Monday the 18th was our first time here. We both thought from the looks of it was just a little coffee stand with like the frozen breakfast sandwiches kinda place and we were soo wrong. I got an Italian soda that was so good, we got a breakfast burrito that was only $8 and it was such a good size, not to mention the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. We got the meat lovers one, everything in it was fresh and cooked perfect, The service was amazing And it is such a cute little outside Café we will definitely be going back. I was also told they one of the workers they have live bands that are free to watch everyone once in a while but we’re from out of town and couldn’t make it, however I thought that was cool to add!

So far, so good! Ive been there once. Excellent coffee, great mimosas, and beautiful downtown location. Outdoor shaded seating was great. ☕ 🍸 🌞

Excellent location for coffee and a breakfast croissant, before a stroll on Ashland Creek. Great service and a wonderful atmosphere.

I have been a regular here for awhile. I appreciate the outdoor living room vibe. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious, with a lot of veggie options. Being a city girl foodie enthusiast makes it tricky to find that perf coffee spot; & Water Street has def provided a welcoming & overall positive atmosphere to chill and decompress. Thank you 💖🥤🥐 The dogs are an added bonus to the overall dining experience. 🐾🐶🥰

My go to place for a quick meal or whatever. People are very friendly and I feel very comfortable chit-chatting with other costumers. A real Ashland treasure, and the food is really good as well!

Came here as he was opening. Owner stopped what he was doing to make me the Best white mocha ever. Then I went to pay and he told me it was on the house and to pay it forward. Plenty of kind people to pay it forward to in Ashland.

Nice area to sit, wait and people watch if you just want to while away some time. In my language if you just need a quick bite while waiting for a few minutes for a play, it is perfect for " pang tawid gutom".

The best Chia of my life. Could hang here all day. The closest restroom is lithia park. Well worth the stroll....many blessings here.

Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful outdoor seating with flowers and bamboo in pots. Time moves slower here.
