Maria's Mexican Restaurant

We were driving through town and stopped here for lunch. The hostess greeted and our waitress brought us to our table. We felt the food was more expensive than other Mexican restaurants. Although the food was delicious. I had the best fajita taco salad that I have ever had. My wife enjoyed her quesadilla. The service was great too. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We appreciate the waitress checking on us throughout our meal. We would recommend this restaurant.

10/10 this place is incredible. I will definitely be a regular here. Asada street tacos & strawberry daiquiri yes please. Food is amazing, service is better. Our waitress/hostess checked in on us JUST the right amount of times making sure we had everything we needed without being overwhelming. The aura is amazing. I closed my eyes while biting into the taco and I swear I was back in Mexico eating at a local restaurant again. I can’t stress that 10/10 enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Glencoe. Place is extremely clean, tidy, smells GREAT. I could sit in here and gorge myself for hours. Monica was our server and she is amazing, I’ll definitely be requesting her in the future. Totally started inhaling my food before even thinking about taking a picture so ignore the half eaten taco, or take it for what is is- amazing food that couldn’t wait to be eaten.

They have amazing food, great customer service and even had lengua! The Howard lake one doesn't have lengua so that was a happy surprise

Badass food in a town I wouldn't expect it from. Friendly staff, and holy cow they had lengua (tongue) tacos!

I couldn't resist, they were cooked to perfection- tender and juicy with a great sauce.

This might be the spiciest Mexican I've had in Minnesota, as well. Quality stuff, highly recommended if you're in the area.

The Taco Americanos is delish! So much flavor here! My friend had the Tamales and he said they are filling! Definitely coming back!

Hands down absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful, knew my daughter's regular order and beverage and made a special birthday treat for my bday.

Try the quesadilla trio. The chicken quesadilla was packed with tender delicious chicken and was hands down the best.

Food was really good. The Fajitas for Two Deluxe was worth the $40. The guacamole was very tasty as well. Service was good enough my husband gave a 25% tip.

If you go through this town and don't stop here, you have missed out. I had a peach margarita and the Lenua street tacos. I wouldn't change a thing.

They have quite a large Mexican style menu. The food was excellent and I wanted to try everything my group ordered. Our waiter was well organized for such a large group. 👏
