Metro by T-Mobile

So I have recently switched to Metro PCS. This store is beyond the greatest here in Apopka. I went to another store by sunnys BBQ to add my daughter on to my account and they told me it was going to be $150.00 to add her on to my account which I found to be ridiculous. So I called another store to see what the price was with them. I ended up spending $150.00 but I got a new phone and 3 tablets for my younger kids. as well as a case and screen protector for my kids phone. At the end of the day this store goes above and beyond what they should have done to assist me. I would recommend them to anyone that has metro

Great customer service from Jessica and Josea. Walked in knew what I wanted got it walked out happy. They helped me with everything and even updated me on all the new things I needed to know since its been so long since I been to a metro store. The atmosphere is also welcoming. I believe their under new management too.

Jasmine was phenomenal she helped me with everything I needed help with. I will keep coming to the store because they have great customer service and I will refer them to each and everyone of my friends who uses metro for all their needs. I believe her name is Lidy the assistant store manager of this location. Let me tell yall I spoke to her over the phone yesterday she gave me such a good quotation and explained everything in a very detailed manner. I called a few other stores trying to see who would give me the best prices i ended up going to Lidy's store when i got there she immediately greeted me with a smile, i didnt even have to say who i was she recognized my voice. that right there gave her extra points in my book. She gave me the same quotation but even went beyond and gave me other options. I decided on a stylo 6 and was so overwhelmed about trying to figure out how to transfer my data i am older and not tech savvy at all(i was gonna google on the how to's) i didnt even ask, she instinctively knew to offer on helping me with that (i have never experienced this before every other store just brush people off) all in all she joked and smiled the whole time i was there she went through every "how to" of the phone and services instead of just doing it and me being lost afterwards. I am beyond amazed of her knowledge and how she carried herself with everybody there while i was there about 3 people came in and everybody knew her so i know she cares for her customers. Needless to say Lidy has a customer for life, thank you metro for hiring people that will go above and beyond for us not only numbers and sales.

I wanted to give a huge thanks to Maria Contanza. She was a delight and help me out big time with my phone. She was very pleasant and very informative and efficient. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by this location from the awesome staff. Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it.

This team was over the top amazing knowledge and work ethic. The below comment from mark and allison thomas is completely out of line immature and out of line. I was there on the metion day and all mr thomas says is incorrect and petty from his part. Keep up the good work i wish every metro store was the same as this location.

Been a customer for years and they are always helpful and try to inform you on deals that are available if you walk in .I would like for them to notify me of deals through text messages though.
