Purchased wipers from another location. Came here to verify I had incorrect wipers. Very friendly and helped to get the correct ones and install them. Will definitely come here for any automotive needs.

This one goes out for Stephen at the Rock Springs Rd. Apopka, Fl location.

I walked in, locked eyes and his energy was what I needed. Light hearted, attentive, easy going and communicative in the way that I needed. I say that again because what he didn’t know (at the time) was that day was my anniversary and to have a random car issue to start a planned day with my wife was touch and go.

I needed to continue demonstrating that everything was under control and Stephen complimented that. Even though O’Reillys the company couldn’t directly solve the challenge, Stephen being on the schedule that day was WHO I needed to help me solve the overall challenge in a smooth and powerful form.

The details of how are unnecessary at this moment, but what he did in that moment…. Who he was BEING in that time and space. His candor and commitment to helping me a stranger demonstrated what it’s like to be human.

At the end, I told him it was my Anniversary and that’s when he attached his already given Goodwill to it as his gift to me/us.

I needed an interaction like I had with him….and he pulled through.

They go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Had a check engine light found out it was the gas cap from them scanning it. Bought the cap from them changed it dismissed the code and I was on my way for $17. Can’t beat it

I drive miles to come to this Oreillys. The other ones are trash due to poor management. Been coming here for years and the whole crew is very professional and friendly. Will, Luis and Stephen are awesome! Keep it up guys.

Went in to have my battery tested because I had trouble starting my car the past couple of days. The gentleman who helped told me my battery was good for now but likely going to be going out in the next couple months. I went ahead and purchased a new battery (which was $10 cheaper than what I was quoted at Advance Auto Parts) and he installed quickly for me. Very happy with their price and service.

Great experience! I knew that I needed a new battery for one of my cars, but I needed sometime to test it first & the alternator. So I drove 5 minutes from my house and was happy that I did. I met a terrific employee named Freda Poole who knew her "stuff"and really cared! She sold me the right battery at the right price and I was done in less than twenty minutes. She explained everything that she did and why. What EXCELLENT service!! I will always go to see Freda when I have questions &/or need auto help! Must admit that the other employees that were working were also ready to help. Was quite the "team spirit" that stores seem to lack these days. Lastly, I have Triple A, but found going to the store more beneficial & (of course) I didn't have to wait "stuck" at my house and held hostage by the AAA "always a delay system". I highly recommend this place!!!!

You just simply cannot find a better place to pick up supplies and parts for your vehicles. The staff are helpful, personable, down to earth and make you feel like family. I went in to get replacement headlights today as well as a battery last week, and both experiences were above and beyond. I will never use another auto parts store as long as the current staff are there. Plain and simple.

I had a problem with my 1968 Tbird. Car would not start after I went into the store. These guys were VERY helpful and allowed the car to stay overnight. Very good experience

I ordered a fuel pump in their website, the fuel lever didn't work when I put it in my truck, proceed to take it to my local store where they exchange it with no problem. I'm posting this cause I had the same experience with AutoZone and they didn't take my faulty part so I had to mail it back and after almost 1 month finally had my money back.

The assistant manager is awesome. If you cant find a part, they will get it for you. This particular location has a small town kind of vibe. They treat you like a neighbor. I grew up in the city so its really refreshing to experience that. Im a fan

Leann did a great job helping me pick out my windshield wipers and tail light. I had a little mishap and giving her the wrong year model of my car when picking out the tail light bulb making it so I needed to return to the store, she quickly help me swap out the correct bulb I needed. She also assisted me in replacing my windshield wipers! Thank you Leann.

Great place to get your parts, quality is on par with NAPA! People have good knowledge especially for parts store people. Beats the hell out of Discount/Advance, Pep Girls, Auto Zone etc. I was so happy when they finally came down to FL!

So far O'Reilly Auto Parts Best Auto Parts so far I've got alternators starters from them specially when you need to rig something to make it work get you going there the best I broke the return hose going to the radiator instead of replacing the radiator they had a brass fitting that I drilled it out plastic radiator and screwed it in and it works perfect couldn't got that anywheres else.

After Advanced Auto, directly across the street, refused to assist my 80yr old father place a heavy battery in the trunk, I had them take it back & got a refund. Then we went across to O'Reillys & met Ken. Immediately Ken & my father were swapping jokes, talking about the "lazy employees" these days! Two vets who knew exactly how to treat customers & make friends along the way! For 3 years now we go to this O'Reillys exclusively & only when Ken is working (which is most any day) because we know we'll get the best service from the most knowledgeable & friendly guy there! We also know we'll have some great laughs while there & leave with exactly what we needed as well as huge smiles!

I highly recommend!!! The customer care and service provided akin to that as family should be. Thanks to Lou who made sure I was taken care of! Thanks cuz ;)

Always had good help there. They always help in any way they can. Even installed my battery for me in my wife's car so I could get it back to her fast.
