I was going to leave because I was impatiently waiting for the person in front of me to finish and Blake (who was actually trying to get off work) came over and added my new line with a smile on his face. I’m grateful for him giving me all of the information that I wasn’t sure of. Great customer service on his part! Great experience with adding a line and I didn’t feel like I was being sold a lie.

The 2 gentlemen that helped us with our purchase on Saturday, November 25, 2023 deserved 5 stars. I had a problem later in the week and returned. This young man had an attitude that should have taken off 2 stars. Treated me with a condescending attitude. He put a bad taste in my mouth for T-Mobile.
