7-Eleven

I'm gonna start by saying I am not fan of 7- Eleven but BJ! BJ!!! She has been the best customer service I had in a long loooong time, give her a raise, she is passionate, lovely, ready to take challenges, funny, I lovee her when I came the first time, secojd time I fully loved with my heart, in a world where is hard to find the best people to work in your business, 7 eleven found one.

Pulled in to 7-Eleven after a day at Bunche Beach... Store is clean inside and out, coffee was hot, shelves were stocked, COVID-19 policies in place and the counter person was friendly and helpful. Convenient location, easy to get to coming from Sanibel Island, or turn at the light at Sanibel Outlets...

This is the cleanest and friendliest store I’ve ever been to. The employees are so sweet and kind. They’re even very helpful on the things you’re looking for. I’d definitely come back here, again. Very satisfied coming here every time.

Our first stop after a long day of travel... emotions were high and we stopped in for drinks on our way to the Beach. We received a very friendly greeting by James. He chatted with us and immediately our moods changed. Very friendly and very clean store.Thank you James!!!

After driving from Fort Lauderdale, i was impressed with how well the car wash worked. I wish my local 7-11 had a carwash that worked this well.

We stopped in to fill up on our way to the airport after a wonderful vacation in Sanibel. I’m thankful we didn’t start our trip here as we would have had a different impression of FL hospitality. The checker was 100% rude to my husband & I & our 2 teenagers. Telling us to “put stuff closer, I can’t reach that far. Don’t put your card in yet” An instance of its not what you say it’s how you say it! The woman should be ashamed of the way she talks to people. Needless to say, if you encounter her, don’t let her ruin your day.

Will never return, nor will my employees. Young African American male behind the counter needs to learn some respect before even considering a customer service job. He should watch how he talks about customers. To the owner - check your employees or lose business...
