I am very thankful to Doug @ Mt Lebanon Verizon. In less than 20 minutes he finally had all my issues resolved. Friday, Sept 13 I was on the phone for over three hours trying to get my account transferred from my sister. I spoke to two representatives on the phone, but after several tries I still could not get into my Verizon account. So I drove to Pleasant Hills Verizon where a representative (who I did not get their name) helped me, however he quickly got into my account and said I should be fine, but when I got home my password would not work. I was trying to use a “strong password” I tried several more times and it still did not work.Saturday my phone shut off. I did not know why, I went back to Pleasant Hills Verizon and Chris helped me. Again he got into my account and said I can set up auto pay at home in the app. When I got home I had the same password issue. Thankfully, today I saw the Verizon store in Mt. Lebanon and Doug patiently helped me get into my account. Instead of him just getting into my account and sending me in my way; he made sure the password worked (the “strong password never did work) and helped me set up auto-pay. All of the representatives were friendly and courteous, however Doug was the only one that made sure I was able to get into my account on my own and everything I asked was taken care of.

Jesse helped us upgrade to a new phone. He made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the products/services and explained everything thoroughly. Jesse was also very friendly and patiently answered all questions. Please pass our thanks to him for such a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with Mark S. a few weeks ago. I needed to upgrade to a new phone and Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the transition to my new phone efficient and seamless. As I waited for my data to transfer I watched Mark interact with some other customers and was equally impressed with his service to them. He was very attentive to their needs and was great at providing advice on how to solve their issues. Additionally, Mark gave me some suggestions on upgrading my router and as to some new ear buds for my phone which turned out great. I would definitely go back to this location for the type of service and personal attention I received.

Brooke and Dylan were the best! Got a new phone and it was such an easy and quick process! They really made sure I wouldn’t run into any issues after leaving. Dylan even offered to help follow up the next day with me to make sure everything is successful! Highly recommend this location and coming to see them.

And Mark is the greatest ever. He waited on four people at once, without ever losing focus. All of us were satisfied. He helped me with some very complicated issues, and set me up with a new iPhone 13 which I love. I highly recommend that you keep him around forever if you can. I mean it.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Jessie today. He managed to get all of the files transferred from my "hopelessly locked" old phone to a new one.

Alex quickly resolved the issues with my phone and then helped save us money by redoing our plan. A truly exceptional employee

Walked into Verizon on 3/25/22 to return equipment and while there asked about the promotion for iPhone the District Manager Douglas Hlatky overheard our conversation and immediately came over and looked into our account he was the most helpful person I have ever delt with at Verizon, he went far and above not only to correct the other stores several mistakes he was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything. Also while taking care of us he never stopped greeting customers when the walked into his store. By far the best!!!! Thank you Douglas

Went to this location and was helped by a lovely young lady named Brooke. She was very knowledgeable and personable. I never felt pressured once but almost as if she was my sherpa guiding me on my journey to excellent cellular service.

My boyfriend needed a new phone and Jesse was very helpful and pleasant. He answered all of our questions. He even stayed past the time he was scheduled to help us. Great guy! We will be back if we need anything in the future.

I worked with Jesse and had a great experience. The store just closed for the evening, but he was nice enough to let me, my wife, and young son in to pre order the S24+. He was very quick and informative. Definitely recommend this verizon location and working with Jesse!
