Starbucks Union Street

I have to leave a review just for my favorite barista, Savannah! Everytime I order my usual, she gets it perfect! I get lost in her beautiful eyes whenever she's making my drink. Everyone needs to come to this location and have Savannah make your drink. The best!

Not the easiest starbbucks to get to and park but it is clean, quiet and the staff are very kind and patient people. I would come here again.

This is a lovely, refreshingly spacious Starbucks location with really friendly, experienced baristas. At least today during UF's spring break, free streetside parking and seating is abundant. Lots of nice views of Gainesville's gracious old downtown section.

This location closed at 6pm I pulled up at 557 and asked if I could order I was told as long as it wasn't hot coffee. The service was exceptional I would say best Starbucks iv visited in the US wish thus location was closer. Even offered the extra drink I ordered that didn't fit in my cup. I told the gentleman to give it to the ladies behind me. Thanks again

I came in during the early morning rush and ordered. My drink wasn’t to my liking so I came back around lunch time. Rye really made sure I had great drink and experience this go around. Always order with Rye!

The one employee working absolutely rocked every order that was coming in and was nice. Store was clean. Took every complicated tik tok order like a champ. Will definitely visit this one every time we are in town.

Came in for my morning cold brew and the baristas were so kind and recommended a brown sugar cold brew and it honestly changed my world. I legitimately have not experienced this much joy since senior prom ‘98. Will be coming back.

Staff were great. I typically order a black coffee, no strings attached, but the barista started telling me about one of their drinks featured on their TikTok, and I pulled the trigger. Man had I been missing out! These baristas really know their stuff, and they earned a customer for life that day.

Service was excellent, and the cashier was very kind and patient with my clueless self. It turns out the store manager was on the bar and made my drink, and I got to meet her. Real girl boss!!!

If you’re in the downtown Gainesville area or near UF campus, it’s a great treat!

I absolutely LOVE this starbies!!! I go literally everyday for lunch and my daily caffeine fix. Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I absolutely love each and every one of them!!! They are always willing to make my crazy drink concoctions that I see and they are always delicious. Or make suggestions when I don’t know what I want, they know what I want every time. Leya is my girrrrrrl!!!

Stopped in this location this morning to grab a coffee. I had my little pooch with me. I was a little nervous the staff would say something about my little guy. However they were very dog friendly and even gave my pup his own pup-a-cino! Any restaurant that is pet friendly and has courteous quality service deserves 5 stars!

I have to brag about Ryan! While most of the staff are pleasant and helpful, Ryan is personable, always positive and upbeat, and really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He's also very efficient and gets you in and out quick. I pass by two other Starbucks on my way to work but I always come to this location because it is so awesome to be greeted by someone who has such stellar customer service and likes to have fun. Keep up the awesome work, Ryan! You make 6:30am much more enjoyable! :)

The Barista's are always nice here I ordered a cookie crumble frappe but the Barista misheard me and made a mocha cookie crumble instead but they were very nice and remade it for me!

As a gold member or a gold card carrier I get free unlimited hot coffee of the day it's free unlimited Ice-T and I think now they include free unlimited iced coffee but I'm not sure about that they didn't used to it but I thought I heard that they'd added that recently very well it's not free I mean if it's a tall Grande venti or the next size up that you just pay for one cop and then they just keep refilling it and you are not charged. The best way of doing business with Starbucks just put money on your Starbucks card and you do everything through the card and then you get a lots of extra perks and bonuses and discounts and extra espresso shots and extra things that you don't normally get if you just baby your coffee in other ways. I'm sure many people already know this but if you don't that just get a card and put 20 or $50 on it and use that card exclusively in before long you'll have all kinds of benefits of things that will make your coffee experience happier!

Friendly staff, delicious pastries, amazing coffee. Ordering was very quick and easy with no wait. Very cozy and modern vibe with fast Google WiFi. Overall love it, definitely coming here again.

I don’t know who he is but the guy with the glasses was a total sweetheart and took care of my family and I’s rather large and complex order without the slightest irritation. I’ll be coming back for sure. Shoutouts to GBH.

No matter what people or market say, Starbucks is a reference point for both residents and tourists.
My all-favorite panino is the chicken&artichoke - warmed up (which is actually the first that goes at lunch time!). I recently appreciated their new food and drink options.

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the world (and trust me, I've been to many). Customer service is always above and beyond. Quality of the drinks is better than most Starbucks. Highly recommend. Also in a cool location.

Service was a little slow but I don't think it's their fault. Only one lady working. They could use a few more people on during the busy times (Mornings). Coffee was amazing and they got my order spot on.
