Excellent customer service by both employees working Sunday around 5PM 09/10/2023!
Very clean, very helpful and friendly! Would recommend to all.

We got the Box O' Joe and a dozen donuts. The lady at the register was friendly and made sure we had plenty of cups, sugar, and creamer. In and out in a timely manner.

I used to work here and the customers are amazing and the staff was ready to get down to business id recommend this dunkin to everyone scott is an amazing manager and the people and atmosphere is amazing id even recommend this place for a good job place.

I went to another Dunkin Donuts and the way that they made my coffee was absolutely disgusting. On my way to work I stopped at this Dunkin across from Turning Stone and asked them if they can please fix it. The manager (I believe) Josh was wonderful. He was so empathetic and understanding. I wanted to pay for the coffee, but he said because it was made incorrectly to not worry about it. He also said that we like to make everything perfect to the guest's needs in hopes that his guest's will come back and visit the store. All I know is that Josh was excellent and he is wonderful with customer service. I was so pleased by the way he was that this store is going to get my business. He should be promoted to a manager or something else within the company, because he has what it takes to go far in this kind of work. His staff as well was amazing. I have never felt so much at home like I did there. Thank you again.

I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.

They had no flavor. Decided that was fine only to find no sugar and even though we will were in a store they did not get sugar Everyone went across the street to the bean bar. What a great find. DD train you employee what to do because you lost a huge amount of people

Josh along with the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful!! Can't wait to grab my Dunkin on my way to work every morning. You guys great & do a fantastic job. Keep up the good work. Verona is where it's at!!!

Just left , I ordered my drinks on the mobile app and they were ready literally in 4 min from me getting there ! Super friendly and I will be back for sure !

Coffee is always good here. Was disappointed with the Munchkins I got first thing on a Friday when the kids were out of school. They were hard and stale. 😕

Stopped after a concert at the casino. Very friendly employees. Coffee was good. Donuts were good. All was good..yum.

Drink was made to perfection, clean shop and employees are amazing here. One of my favorite locations.

How can you go wrong with a place that has donuts staff was super friendly went through the drive-thru made my granddaughter's day cuz she got her pink donut with sprinkles

Go here almost everyday. It would be nice to have a drive thru beverage only window but not any room to add one.

Workers here are always friendly and always get my order right, which is rarely the case at many other locations
