Everyone was very very nice and sweet. They took tons of time and listen to every single thing you had to say, I hadn't been to the doctor for several years, now everything's coming down on me at once. But they didn't judge me they didn't yell at me. The place is extremely clean and they do all kinds of little fun activities throughout the month if you want to be a part of things like playing bingo, having movie Day stuff like that, I have no complaints whatsoever. The only bad thing is I wish I had started going there 7 years before now. But I'm there now and I'm going to stay. Thank you Arch well, for everything you're doing.Margaretha Cowen.

This place is amazing. Great Staff! Friendly, clean and lots of fun. There was a Christmas party when I was there. Loved my nurse and Dr. Wells!

This is the most organized and friendly environment with the doctors office I have ever experienced. I was establishing as a new patient since I just moved and they were wonderful.

I am very well pleased, with the staff at Archwell Health. Dr. James Linnick D.O., went above and beyond, to see to my needs. And the Nurse who drew my blood, was the most skilled at her job, as I have ever seen. I am now a loyal customer of theirs, and Archwells. You can trust these people to do their best for you. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk staff to blood drawer was very friendly. Facility is modern. This was my first time so my observations are limited. I will be visiting my Dr again soon. Pleasant visit.

Also, Charles has exceptional customer service. He not only followed up with me by phone but sought me out at the doctor's office to make sure I was being taken care of.

That is unheard of these days and I plan to brag on him all across the country.

Regular ck up, and sinus infection. I absolutely love my Dr, Dr. Savedra. She is new to this clinic, but not to me. Everyone seemed very friendly.
1/2024 update: I've been going to this facility for some time now. Everyone who works in this facility is very friendly, informative, and very helpful. This is the best doctors office I've ever been to! It caterers to Seniors, and let me tell you they are all extremely respectful and mindful to us Seniors! They are awesome! Quickly in to the exam room. Mary the Nurse, is wonderful with elderly patients. Dr Linnick is on top of everything and is a good listener especially to caregivers. If you are a caregiver and frustrated with Doctors who don't listen then Dr Linnick is your best choice. He listens and asks the right questions. Here's the best part - he offers options so you can decide what's best for you and your loved one. Mother has seen him for years. He is a blessing for his patients. The front desk staff treat you like family when u arrive. We have become close friends with most of them and they know who you are when u walk in. Doctor Savedra has been treating my wife and myself for chronic pain for several years. She's the best. I have followed her across state lines to get the great care she provides. Dr. Wells is also omg nice and through we like him also. So I give them and there staff a 10. You won't go wrong if you go to there office on 23 rd street in independence. There a class group of people.

My first visit. Very nice. Everyone was super friendly. Concerned about my comfort. Have an appointment coming up in 3 weeks to really get started. I like that it's only a few minutes from home. I don't enjoy having to get on the highway and driving 45 min's to see a doctor.

It's almost like a miracle! You never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get in You just don't have to wait there's hardly any lap time at all it's just amazing never seen the doctor's office like it a miracle

I'm very pleased to be returning to Dr Wells after a couple of years hiatus. He is the most caring provider I have ever had; thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to do what is necessary to meet my medical needs. I'm looking forward to continuing at Archwell. Also excited about additional programs offered here.

Been going a few months. So glad I found them. I see Shandra. She is fabulous. All the staff have taken very good care of me.

Staff were very pleasant and professional. Loved my nurse.

I love this place. It is convenient. My nurse practioner makes me feel like I'm her only patient with amount of time she spends w me. The first visit consists of complete Blood panel EKG and another test. They were very thorough in talking with all my other drs. . I was explained about medications which I've been on for years and side effects. Extremely knowledgeable.

My experience with Arch wellhealth was absolutely wonderful very friendly people wonderful nurses and the nurse practitioner was absolutely wonderful probably one of the best exams she was very thorough and asked many questions I felt like a very special person and not just a number I am so glad that I found this healthcare facility
