Wonderful staff and very helpful with my purchase!

I shop here maybe 5-7 times a year. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Lots of great gifts for those hard to buy for and I MUST get my Christmas cards here as they are beautiful and showcase kc. I never leave disappointed. Plus I get coupons via email and mail to sweeten the deal. I love this location.

Can I just say how much I ADORE Eddie?! He is SO helpful, kind, and the smiles never end! Give this man a raise; he is wonderful and I will be back because of him!

I always find what I need and this visit was no exception! The hummingbird now has a place!

I have been to a number of Hallmark stores throughout the years and the staff are always very friendly, this location is the same. We are always greeted when walking in and offered helped. It is getting close to Christmas so the ornaments are out and the staff are always more than happy to go over the new and upcoming items. They are even so nice after my daughter pushed the Star Wars ornament with the worlds longest song programmed into it!

My favorite Hallmark store! I have tried others over the years, but the customer service here is top notch. Ornament premiers always go well and the staff works hard to make sure everyone has a good experience.

It has that "local spot" feel, though there are thousands of locations throughout the US. And, even if Hallmark IS a Kansas City native, they still find a way to make you feel like YOU are the only person in the store. It gives off more of the old school "General Store" vibe. Myself being the super shopper at Hallmark, this is the case at EVERY SINGLE store I have been in the entire Kansas City metro area! You will not find a better place to find that special someone, the most unique, quality gift, for ANY occasion, with the BEST card for that occasion. Make certain, if you're in this part of KC - go inside. The staff is the best AND just like family. #HALLMARK4LIFE

Good shop with great gift ideas for anyone. You can't beat their ornament selection and my son loves their itty bittys.
