We stopped by this location to upgrade 6 phones on our line. Jordan helped us and she was outstanding! She listened to all of our questions and provided us everything we needed to know. Jordan was also very patient and helped us with each phone one by one. Jordan made the transaction for the phones very easy and quick. Jordan is very knowledgeable at her job and you could tell she really loves helping her customers. Overall we’re very satisfied with the service Jordan provided us with and we will be back again!

This is the best t-mobile around!! They were very helpful and patient. They dug through my bill and really rook time to find me the beat deal and got me TWO Samsung 24 Ultras with $1000.00 discount off each!!

Isabella and Dante provided great customer service. They answered all our questions and were professional and polite. They went above and beyond to get our new phones ready (transferred data, etc) and even stayed after hours to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Great customer service and excellent knowledge of services to benefit my needs. So glad I chose to go to this store. I had went to another store a month ago to hear limited offers that did not work for me only because the location was closer to my house. I’m glad I took the extra drive.

I was having a time with trying to replace mine and my son’s phones. Assurant was less than helpful today but in the T-mobile store, Donte should receive the ABCD award (above and beyond the call of duty). He was patient, knowledgeable and legit sat more than an hour with me to help me file ANOTHER claim because Assurant told me the wrong information. Still having issues with filing the claim for my son’s phone, I tried calling Assurant and got the wrong department. The rep tried transferring me and the phone disconnected. I called 611 and spoke with Queen who was able to get on the phone with Assurant and have the replacement phone sent out. The only two rockstars today were Donte and Queen. Assurant, please do better. I am not paying for the protection plan to get the run around and be told there are no other solutions. Thank you T-mobile!!

Jordan provided expert knowledge and patience as she guided through the process of cutting the cord with my old internet and wireless company. T-Mobile as company also took the time to take all the necessary steps to make it happen as well, both from technical and billing point of view.

I went into this store to see if I could straighten my moms phone bill and also to see about my plan. The staff there were more than helpful and went beyond assisting me in my quest. They looked through everything and even gave me suggestions on how to remedy some of my issues. Even followed through when I left by calling me with an additional answer. I would highly recommend anyone to this store because of their help I received

This store is the absolute best! They are patient, although understaffed (but worth the wait!) and they are one of the few stores that don't lie to your face to get sales :-)

I switched my phones to T-Mobile this weekend and it was a great experience. I was helped as soon as I walked in and every employee was very friendly and explained everything so it was an easy transition for me. This is my new phone spot. Great job. Thank you!!

Trading in phones, upgrading lines for a family of 5 feels like going in to buy a car. Fortunately we were greeted with the two most patient and helpful associates. We never felt rushed. Jordan explained everything in detail and helped us make our services even better.

Went in today and was absolutely floored. Although my reason for stopping in wasn't a complicated issue, both people working were fantastic customer service professionals. When I came in both were busy with other customers, but managed to help everyone when needed they would switch off with each other to play to strengths. I heard multi-lingual help being given, and when it came to my needs, they met and exceeded everything I needed. They informed me of ways to improve my service and saved me money. And even though it became a longer interaction than any of us expected or intended in the beginning I left thoroughly happy and both staff people had just made me feel better about coming in every moment. Thank you for all your help!!
