Great experience! I walked in knowing nothing with a list of items from my eldest daughter, for our little ones birthday. Walked out with what I needed spending only $25. Huge win! Nick and Van are excellent, ask for one of them if you need help!

I came in and had a shopping spree and the guy on duty was more than willing to help me while I did so.

I walked in today with my little cousin trying to buy him a 3DS. They didn't have it in stock anymore (too old) but that didn't stop the team from going above and beyond. Trevor gave me options as to where I could look locally, Kiersten was incredibly kind and offered her own solutions, and Suede (I hope I'm spelling that right) was very personable throughout. I didn't even buy anything, but I'm leaving a review because these three SGAs made a store feel like a community.

Great customer service the day after Christmas. They were very busy and one of the ladies saw us holding the Fallout power armor helmet. She came up and asked us what the problem was. The ON/OFF button was not working properly so she opened a new box and traded us. We were in and out in 10 minutes with no hassle.

They had an awesome sale going on at the time so I ended up with more stuff than I needed (according to the wife). The staff was super friendly and weren't jerks even though I went into the store about 10 minutes before they closed.

Billie here is absolutely amazing!!! She is very helpful and always goes out of her way to help my family find what we need. She is an absolute asset to this store, and I continue coming to this store because of her.

There is a really short skinny girl in there that knows everything about anything. I love her! I can ask her anything and get a direct answer while she still keeps the customer service delivery in tact! My favorite Gamestop to go to by far!!!

whats not to love about video games and Collectibles i have been going to gamestop for Decades before it was called gamestop and will be a lifelong customer i would highly recommend to anyone who love games and gaming.

Best Gamestop I've ever been to. They treat you like a friend and do everything and more to make sure your happy. Also the hardest working manager (Billie) I've seen. Alway's moving and happy to help.

My wife and I pop in every time we eat at Chipotle. Sometimes we buy, sometimes we looky Lou, and sometimes we have serious questions. But the staff is always helpful and knowledgable. The manager Billie is almost always there, very helpful, and chipper. This is our go to Game Stop even though others are closer.

They staff here are great and super friendly and helpful. They don't BS you about gaming questions and I can always count on straight and honest feedback on the quality of games, consoles, etc.

THE best gamestop in Kansas City area!! These guys are very kind, courteous. They actually try to help you find a game to YOUR needs. Very knowledgeable in what you're looking for and even when they may not have items in stock, they tell you the closest location. Recommend shopping here!!!
