McDonald's

This has to be the most consistent McDonald’s in Minnesota. Our food always comes out fresh, the inside is very clean and the are employees super nice. Many of the employees have been there for years and always have a smile on their face when we see them inside or in the drive through. Our two boys have a great time in the McDonalds Obstacle Course too! :)

We motorcycle riders needed to see each other! So I set it up with an agreement that we would arrive at 10:30 am.
I decided to ride motorcycle as temperature was just over 40 degrees. My friend Duane stops his car in front of me. I was removing my one piece gear and putting full face helmet in the trunk. "Are you insane?" Duane asks.
"Yes! " I replied. He laughed.
We talked of riding, shooting prairie dogs and camping. "We need to think or find a weekend to go for a ride! What do you think, Tim?"
" June of 2024 is busy, better figure out another month!"

The food is average as expected for mcdonalds, but this location at least gets 95% of my orders correct, which is appreciated

If you go after 4pm, this is the best McDonald’s in MN. Quick and hot food. Friendly service and my order is always right! I say after 4pm because that’s when I go the most but even the morning crew is great too!

I used the McDonalds App for the first time and it was amazing!!! My order was correct, staff were polite and appeared to be clean.

The service we received tonight was exceptional to say the least! The man working the drive through was great (Josh was his name I believe). He was patient and helpful while my app was giving me issues. The food was made fast and it was fresh! Honestly Josh helped turn what was becoming to be a stressful situation, into a great Convenient stop for a late dinner.
I wish see more employees with positive attitudes like I seen today!

Their card payments were not processing and the manager pulled money out of his wallet and paid for me since I didn't have cash. I was overwhelmed by his kindness. I offered to go get cash and come back but said not to worry about it. I will be sure to repay this act of kindness. You don't run across people like this often. I also always choose to go back to this location even though there is another mcdonalds closer to my home because the food is always fresh and workers are always friendly. Thank you for your kindness today. Made my day.

I rate McDonald’s on a scale of McDonald’s. This is a 5 star McDonald’s. Food always hot and fresh; fries always crispy; that mcchicken has that extra “pop” that actually makes it a good sandwich. They even opened the play place when I walked in with kids (don’t worry, it was a special treat. I’m not bringing my kids to McDonalds on the regular).

I really like this location. The staff here is friendly and really go out of their way to know their customers. In particular, the morning shift is the best!

Every time I swing by this location they are always so nice! The people that work here are wonderful and if a mistake happens (we’re all human so mistakes happen) they fix it. Of all the MCD’s I could stop into, I love this one. Some of the best customer service I have ever received from a fast food restaurant!

Been going through the drive-thru past couple months and they have been fast and nice. The food has been hot and quick. The customer service has been amazing, very friendly and helpful from the employees on the night crew.

Went there to get something to eat. And they had everything I wanted and it was served fast and fresh.

The employees were friendly and polite. We got what we ordered. The store was clean and looked remodeled. The bathroom was clean. Our fries were a touch soggy but overall, it was a great McD experience.

The night manager Josh does such an amazing job! I have gone here several times within the last month and not only is he patient he fixes any problem you have. Great job Josh!

Ordered breakfast for lunch so I expected a small wait, turns out the Dr pepper was flat and I mentioned it. The staff went to check it out and somone else gave me a good cup of Dr pepper so I did not need to wait. They also gave me a free apple pie!
