Best customer service I've ever had. Leaving Comcast and Devin and Dakota made everything so easy. I don't know anything about streaming but they made it so easy. Works perfect and they set everything up on my phone for me.

Oh my God these guys Yasmine, Ulises and Shannon are so friendly and above all when they say ," they got your back," trust me they mean it and they have an amazing customer service team. Please go check them out it's worth your time and investment, and Tmobile with such a good working team customers will keep coming back for more. My time and money spent at this location was worth team we need more of such an amazing team.

Came in to get a phone and very good prices along with funny and friendly staff! I’m glad I switched over to T-Mobile. Pedro and James are very nice and know how to keep good conversation. I recommend the service and the customer care :)

We just went to T-Mobile on Charles to try a different plan other than the one we previously had! And we are beyond thankful that we came to this location the staff went above and beyond (Joey and Kimberly) thank you so much for the patience you had for us and going above and beyond to help us through the switch of phone services!
