If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order, immediately realized I made a mistake and reached out to modify or cancel my order within minutes of placing it. I never got a response. At least not until my card was charged. Then I got a response saying my order was in the final stages so they couldn’t do anything about it. I replied, saying I reached before my card was even charged, and asking that they please cancel the order. Again, no response. Until I got a notification that the order had shipped. Then I got a response saying that since the order had shipped already, they couldn’t cancel it. I reached out to the sales rep three times after that via email with no response. I started two chat sessions where the guy simply said to cal a phone number than he abruptly disconnected. I called the number twice, was on hold each time for 8-10 minutes before the call mysteriously disconnected. I finally got a hold of someone and she said they have a 15 day return policy. Our conversation took place about 3-5 days before I hit 15 days. She agreed to send a return label. This was shortly before Christmas so I figured it might take longer. And then of course new years. Finally after maybe1-2 weeks have passed I called back. They have documentation about sending the label. Yet they said since it had already been 15 days, they wouldn’t accept a return. After some back and forth, they agreed to accept the return, but I had to pay to ship it back. Even though they were the ones who never sent the return label, ok of this over only an $80 product. This had been such a hassle. The customer service was nonexistent. Had anyone responded in a to leg manner, this issue could have been avoided. Horrible company, and total scammers.

I’m desperately trying to get away from this company. It’s a struggle to get monthly supplies for my son. Orders are always late. They never seem to have the correct documentation and don’t realize it until I call asking why his order is still pending. I started calling 2 weeks ahead of time to request they check the upcoming order to make sure they have everything. This is the 4th month, in a row, where they’ve told me yes and even given me the shipping date. The shipping date comes and goes and I find the order not shipped but pending due to something not being in order on their end. They also forget to run the orders through our secondary insurance which leads to constant calls back and forth with their billing department. This company needs to be shut down.

At least once a year BYRAM HEALTHCARE will tell me they CANNOT PROCESS MY MEDICARE CLAIN even thou NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Which forces me to call Medicare - find a agent - they will call Byram healthcARE CUSTOMER SERICE AGENTS THAT HANG UP ON THEM and forces me to start all over.

Ask your health care provider to switch medical supply company. This company is horrible and rude. My mom's medical supply isn't worth dealing with this company. I will find it on Amazon instead of dealing with this company.

This company is ripping me off, ripping off my insurance company and has no way of escalating issues! My insurance covers one breast pump, I ordered one of the best ones they offer through Byram, which my health insurance told me to do. I got a confirmation email with the model and everything, but the wrong pump showed up. A pump that is discontinued and had terrible reviews. I called and complained, they said they would send the correct model. We never got any confirmation of shipping, so we called back, they said there was no order in for another pump but they would send one now. Guess what came? The same wrong pump! We called and complained AGAIN, this time we wanted to speak to someone in management but they refused and hung up on us. We called our insurance company to let them know what was going on, the insurance representative was appalled and called Byram on a conference call with us. They said the would send us a new pump but refused to let even the insurance rep talk to a manager. Now I still haven't gotten confirmation of the pump and will have to call again. This is a terrible way to treat a pregnant woman, and I believe they are charging my insurance for a much nicer model than what they have sent me.

Byram is the absolute worst medical supply company to work with ever. Nothing is ever easy. They sent the wrong part number for my supplies. The first person said they would start the exchange and send an email verification. I never got the email so I called back and was told that the part number sent was what was ordered. They had the audacity to claim that my doctors office had ordered the wrong part number. I know this to be an outright lie because I provided my doctor with the correct part number. They also claimed to have pulled that call for verification. I asked to hear the call and was told that was not possible. Then they said I was outside the 14 day return period. The order was shipped on 12/21/2021. This means I would have received it at the soonest 2 days later so I was well within the return/exchange time (I called on 1/4/2022). This is not the first time I have had an issue, anytime I need anything, it takes multiple phone calls and it's always a struggle. I could never recommend this company to anyone. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star because they don't deserve that high of a rating

Worst medical supply company I have ever worked with. I was told my order would ship on the 18th after not getting confirmation it had shipped I contacted them to find out if it had been shipped and was told it would ship today (the 20th) I said I was told it would ship on the 18th, she said it could of shipped then but we are 2 days behind on our orders. I then paid $45 to have it shipped over night only to find out their over night takes 3-4 business days to ship. My insurance company tells me there is no reason my order can not be shipped early enough so I don't run out of product every month but Byram tells me insurance only allows it to be shipped every 28 days someone is not telling me the truth. The lady who took my credit card information was very rude, did not want to give me information, I had to ask 20 questions to get the information I needed she was not "happy" to help me. There are so many people out of work looking for jobs who want to work and would be happy to have a job, get rid of the people who don't care about your customers and hire those who would love to have the job.

This company sent me a box of medical stuff that I NEVER ordered and then sent me a bill. I called and told them to send a return label. They never did. Now I have a collection agency trying to squeeze me for $80. This is insanity.

Todd, one of the supvisors is just plain awful!!! Do not talk to him! He was very rude and Belligerent. I only gave him 1 star cuz that’s the only way to write a review. He needs to be trained again. Things change over the years and he needs to as well. Also he needs to be retrained on how to talk to his customers. He awful mean.
