I have been a loyal customer of Meijer Pharmacy for over five years, and I have always been impressed with their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers. From the moment you walk into the pharmacy, you are greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to answer all of your questions thoroughly. They also make sure to explain your medications in a way that is easy to understand.

In addition to their excellent customer service, Meijer Pharmacy also offers a wide range of services, including prescription refills, immunizations, and health screenings. They also have a convenient online prescription refill service that makes it easy to get your medications without having to leave your home.

I have always been impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the Meijer Pharmacy. The pharmacy is always spotless, and the medications are always well-stocked.

By far the friendliest pharmacy around!! I’ve been going for almost 2 years consistently and I’ve never had any issue with poor customer service. Everything is always resolved!

Great efficient Drive-Thru service... We had 4 cars in front of us and the staff kept things moving; we got thru in less than 20 minutes. Highly Recommended

Normally very good service inside with occasional backups. They have been excellent keeping with perscriptions and are helpful over the phone.

I've been going to this Pharmacy since it opened. I've never had a single issue with them. There has been 1-3 employees who are a bit on the stiff side, but other than that, they're great!

It completely depends on who is working, which to me should not be how a company is run. A customer should be able to expect the same level of service each time. From my experience, the drive thru wait can be long but more friendly. Inside, they often are bothered when asked a question about medication or where something can be found in the pharmacy area. My recommendation: go to Meijer for their free antibiotics but go somewhere else that puts the customer first for everything else.

they have horrible communication. ordered my meds on the app and said “couldn’t process due to being a controlled substance” ?! aren’t they all controlled…? so i called after it said that and she said it has processed and would be in tomorrow… okay thats fine. i go in tomorrow just to be told you need prior authorization from insurance. WHY COULDNT THEY TELL ME THAT YESTERDAY. i’ve had issues with them just about every time i go there. i will be switching pharmacies for better luck than whatever this is. absurd

Look for a different pharmacy. I have issues about every 3-4 times I go there. Long waits (don't plan to swing in after you doctors appt) and several times they were 'out of that drug'. Even had issues where they said the RX was scheduled to be filled later in the week... even after it was just called in from the doctors office. For a larger Pharmacy and network, they really struggle here.

Consistent problems. Long waits and indifferent service. Feels like employees are just there to meet licensing requirements and move on. Pick up any type of controlled substance and expect to be lectured by a 20 year old pharmacy student. Go to Family Fare.

I put in a refill request on the app a week before my scripts ran out. I never got text to pick them up and assumed I forgot to actually send them. I sent them in again and then stopped by the following day to learn that they weren’t even getting my requests. Being 2 days without my meds at this point I asked if I could get a days worth and they said they couldn’t. I’m going back to family fare, they would help me out if they weren’t able to get them filled in time and always did what was needed to make sure I got my meds. NEVER using Meijer Pharmacy again.
