Caroline's Cafe

My family stumbled upon this wonderful coffee spot while traveling. We weren't sure what to expect but ended up so pleased with this place and the owner! She bakes all the sweets herself! I had a cinnamon roll and it was delicious. I also got the Sweet Caroline coffee, half the syrup because I don't like it too sweet, it was perfect! The restroom was clean. The entire place is all around inviting and cozy.

We stopped on our way back from Chattanooga for coffee and ended up with breakfast sandwiches and pastries also! The sausage egg and cheese sandwich with strawberry jelly was delicious! I've never had jelly on a sandwich before but I would definitely get it again! We also got the Sweet Caroline coffees and those were equally as delicious. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff here as well. So attentive and answered any questions we had as it was our first visit. If we find ourselves in the area we will be coming back for sure!

I just ate the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I have no idea what just happened there, it was pretty traditional, but it blew my mind. It was some tlc magic touch or something but wow it was good

I'm visiting from Texas and came to check out this cafe. I loved it its super cute, the lady at the front was extremely nice. The place is very welcoming and cozy. Next time I visit again, I'll stop by for sure.

Okay. I drive 30 minutes to eat here. The lady behind the counter is SO friendly. That chicken salad sandwich is out of this world. And the lemonade and coffee are also amazing! You'll love it, I promise!

My boyfriend and I were greeted nicely, had coffee types explained clearly, and overall were treated well. The drinks were amazing (especially the German Chocolate drink), and the aesthetic was absolutely beautiful.

I tried Caroline’s Cafe for the first time two weeks ago after a doctor visit I had next door. Even though it’s ten miles from home, I’ve been back four times since then without having any other reason to drive to Collinsville. This place is awesome! It deserves 25 stars from me, 5 for each visit, but 5’s the max I’m allowed to give it. The food is great, the owner and her staff are very friendly and efficient, and I like the small town, home-like feel this cafe has in the way it’s decorated. I always get unsweet tea with my meal so I can get my sugar fix from a couple of the many tempting treats they always have available. I’ve wised up the last two visits and get additional food to go for later meals. My limited vocabulary doesn’t do this place justice, so I’ll sum it up by saying, I highly recommend Caroline’s Cafe.

Stopped by while on interstate 59. Very impressive! Staff is very professional and kind. Coffee is excellent and breakfast amazing! Thank you for saving my iced coffee fix!

The young lady behind the counter was so sweet and friendly. The coffee was excellent... my husband and father loved the banana bread. Comfortable atmosphere. Small town feel. Had a chicken salad croissant on a previous visit and it was delicious too!! I'm thinking you'll be happy no matter what you get!

This place is one of my favorite places! They have amazing food and even better coffee! The ham and cheddar is top notch and goes so well with a toffee nut iced coffee!! The atmosphere is so great and the employees are the sweetest, nicest people you will meet! They are so dedicated to personalizing every order and are very helpful when you are indecisive! If I could give this a hundred stars I would, it is just that great!

Stopped here on the way through Alabama to Louisiana for a quick snack and coffee. Very clean place and really cute and cozy, too. The banana bread and Nutella croissant were delicious and the coffee fresh and hot. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're thinking about it. With such a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service it'll make your day brighter :)

Stopped in on the way to Centre. Out of all the coffee shops I have been in the entire U.S., this was one of the best iced coffees I have ever had. The coffees were made quickly and she was super friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop by and grab a coffee to go. Off of 59 South, take Exit 205, then left, then right at red light, and it is on your right.

Very nice! Caroline is a sweetheart and remembers us even though we don't get there as often as we would like.
She has sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Good coffee and a good variety of teas. She toasts the sandwiches unless you ask her not to. She is open from 6:am until 5:pm.
Put it on your list of places to go!

I drive by here everyday on my way to work and have been meaning to try it for forever! I finally had some time this morning and I'm so glad I pulled in. Delicious coffee, friendly staff, and the most beautiful/cozy shop. I cpuld easily spend hours hanging out here! And they have oatmilk! I'll definitely be swinging by regularly.

OK Her Hot matcha Tea is out of this world Starbucks Has nothing on hers. I 💯% Recommend coming this place...

I love this place! I love going to this because she is so nice & friendly. It's not just a job for her. She loves what she does! She can make some very delicious coffee. I have been 3 times so far & I love every coffee I've tried!

Cute coffee shop not far off the interstate. Great if you are traveling and don’t want to stop for coffee at a chain store. They have several choices of sugar free flavors for coffee.

This is one amazing cafe. The food and coffees are some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is amazing. It is on my top ten list. well worth the drive.

Amazing little hidden place with amazing coffee.

The employees have a great attitude and sense of humor!
