Great addition to our small city. The owners are super knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great inventory of products. And their greeter Molly is the best! Our Molly loves visiting and gives a 10 star review.

Wonderful selection of food and toys and excellent room private room if you want to use the pet bath it's reasonable and they Supply everything you need to bathe your dog including towels.
All the workers are generous and kind, and some of them often have dogs that my duke is excited to see and meet. Lately, my dog has been more excited about the chinchillas. Lol
I recently purchased a life vest for him there it works excellent and also has a clip to use leash on.

Newfound always has such great promotions and ways to keep pets and their owners involved and in mind. Good prices, huge selection of high quality foods and treats from many reputable brands. The bakery cabinet always has fun pet safe options for holidays, birthdays and any other occasion. They also have lots of fish/reptile supplies. Would definitely recommend you and your pet stop by.

Cute, clean, and awesome pet store! So happy we have such a great pet store this close to our house! Employees were super nice and accommodating as well. Molly their four legged employee was adorable too!

Happy to have this store come to Franklin. Great customer service with excellent amount of stock and you will be greeted by the dog, who loves to help customer service too.
