Huge inventory of new and used tools! Dave and his staff are the best; so knowledgeable and helpful for those of us that are "tool challenged". I bought a weed wacker, and Dave put it together for me and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. So helpful!! Can't beat the prices and service for new and used tools!!!

Love this place - and the owner Dave (and the staff!) Lots of new and quality used tools available.. Just about anything you could want!! Plus you can get cash for your quality used tools. Family owned and in business for 23 years!! The inventory changes daily and there is everything you could ever imagine.

I was very impressed by this store. There's a huge selection of new and used tools that seem to be competitively priced. I was there to sell some old tools of my dad's and I was happily surprised by his offer. I should have been coming here for years

Great prices. Great variety, they have what you need. Am complete novice, they are knowledgeable and give good advice. Will not try to sell you the more expensive item if a less expensive one will meet your needs, they are honest. Friendly and will spend the time with you to make sure you get what you need. Will recommend the way to save you the most $$ even if that means less $$ for them at that visit. I think they realise the importance of building a relationship with their customers rather than going for the quick buck. That will keep me coming back!

I bought a Dremel rotary tool from them. It worked perfectly. They have quality new and used tools. They have never let me down. No reason to go to Harbor Freight. They will have what you want at a great price. The staff is very knowledgeable and have the answers to all the questions.

Went first thing in the morning so they weren't busy. Found what I was looking for so I was happy. They need a bigger store. They had alot of tools and equipment.

The customer service is great. The guy (probably the owner) will tell you on the phone what items he has, the brand, and cost. The used hammer drill that I bought had some issues. He tested it out, found the same problem that I described and offered to fix it or refund me the amount. You won't get that type of service at a pawm shop. I haven't sold any tools, so I can't address that topic

Dave is always super helpful and frequently discounts items at checkout more than they already are. Great variety including new. Stop by regularly. If you see it there today chances are it'll be gone next visit.

Always get a wonderful deal and helpful service here! They've always had the tool I needed. Be sure to call ahead to check they have the tool you need too.

My wife and I are starting a wood shop in our basement. I told her we have to check out ReTool. We saved a lot of money . They have just about everything we need. Dave is a great guy. We will be back.

They have a large selection of tools at fair prices. I recommend them for anyone who doesn't want to pay retail for tools.
