McDonald's

I had my sons birthday here last weekend and it was great. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. The manager went above and beyond to make it a good experience. This is my favorite McDonald's. The food is always fresh and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely recommend.

Although the menu is the same everywhere, not all Micky D's are the same.

This location did everything right. Fast service, hot food, and the shake machine was not out of order. To top it off, the fries were just as magical today as they were in my youth. I'm sure everyone can relate to that last statement as most McDonald's today serve fries that seem to be similar to salted shredded cardboard.

The restaurant was clean including the Mc Pottys. The playground was open and very clean with absolutely 0% evidence of cleaning neglect (another miracle when compared to most other Mc Nasty playgrounds). My son kept coming up to me to tell me how much he loved the playground.

Hands down, this location is superior by a long distance to any location I have been to in the past several years. Thanks owners and crew of Oakland, Tennessee McDonald's, your pride in your efforts shines through your product and customer satisfaction!

that was the fastest i have ever gone through a fast food line. they were super quick and i got out of the line in less then 2 minutes. food was great too

McDonald's, the drive through is fast. Still enjoying the caramel frappe before winter comes in. Love it. The Mocha is good too.

Food is very good for a McDonald’s. Service was quick and friendly. The store is recently updated and the atmosphere is great.

The food was good. The girl working the window must have been new. She called for help to print my receipt from my mobile order. I had to wait a few minutes for that person to come, but my food was ready when I pulled forward.

I drive through here quite often on the way to work early in the morning. The morning crew especially the two older ladies I mean they're not old but older are fabulous. They greet you with a smile they laugh sometimes they call you beautiful which even if it's not true it starts your day off amazing. I appreciate this McDonald's around the corner from my home. I don't eat there but I get coffee and I for one like McDonald's coffee better than the Big Brand. Thanks for managing a good store in our little town

Wow. My husband and son had to walk from our semi to get a late supper. They were so amazingly accommodating. You don't meet kind people like that anymore, let alone in the service industry.

What an interesting visit just having lunch with my dog Cookie at McDonalds parking lot in Oakland, Tn.. While we were dining a delightful young woman approached me to ask about my dog, a rescue, and an Italian racing Whippet. The best part was her extraordinary story tell of her new venture as a Supervisor of several McDonalds newly purchased by her husband's parents. So Natalie and her hubby, and family have new careers. So please welcome the lovely and charming lady when you see her at a McDonalds. What a bright future for all. By the way, the McDonalds McChicken is wonderful and only $1.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't get the kiosk for ordering to work right but they helped me out . Got my order quickly. Manager on duty was helping everyone out on the drive thru and front counter. I like it when o see management jump in and help out instead of just barking out orders. Very clean store . I loved the look and fell of my surroundings inside and out. It was late but felt safe while I was there

The morning staff at this location was so friendly. It was so nice to see some sunshine on such a cloudy day.

Don't go here. Your order is never right, never. You are always shorted on your order and when you call and ask to speak to the manager and explain to her what happen she wants to say you are lying about it. Then the workers wants to fight you and throw your food out the drive thru window to you. Don't ask for your dipping sauce you wanted. It's like asking for a miracle. That place is something else. I will not go back to that place at all. They play to much. When you pull up to get your order you can hear them talking. All they talk about is who is doing who and where. You don't do that then they want to scream at you and roll their eyes at you if you say, "Excuse me, can I have some ketchup or whatever please?"

I have always received good customer service from this McDonald's when I do go there. They even put my creamer in my coffee for me one time. I thought they hadn't given it to me and when I looked, it was in my coffee. It was a nice surprise.

The employee who took our order was friendly and remembered us from last time . Not a very long wait time . They even brought us our food . They gave us a tray number and everything . The playhouse was great. Overall my visit was fantastic.

This McDonald's in Oakland, Tn. is the Best, they treat me with respect, don't throw the food to me at the drive-thu and act Hateful. Most of the McDonald's in Memphis, TN. is Trash !!!!

Best fries I’ve had from McD’s in years. The one in Arlington is trash, so if you need McD’s and your in Arlington, just do us all a favor and head up to the one in Oakland. You can thank me later.
