This is our new favorite spot! We travel 45 minutes just to come here. It definitely has an open feeling to it the cafe is spacious also with open windows so the daylight shines in perfectly if you want to get a book sit and enjoy! Which is what we usually do!

Ah the joy of walking into a bookstore... We've been meaning to stop in but didn't get to it until today. It's been a long time. I was amazed at the size of the store and the large selection of books as well as other items. There's nothing like picking up a good book and making your selection in person rather than on an app 😏
This store is huge! wonderfully laid out and beautiful. The staff are very friendly too. I came in to browse and find one book in particular. I found it immediately, and proceeded to look around for a long time. The kids section is especially good. I ended up with 3 items and left very happy. I plan to return again soon.

This place is beautiful. I came in with my baby in a stroller and some family. We were not loud but there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. We grabbed a coffee and looked around. I really appreciate the bathrooms having a changing station!
We did ask for help from a few ladies for books we were looking for and they were very helpful searching with us and giving us some book recommendations.
We love coming here it’s great for the whole family.

This Barnes is much more like a bookstore than normal B&N. It had a great "corner shop" feel, which was fun. The selection is smaller, but worth it

We love visiting Barnes and Noble at University Town Center in Sarasota on Cattleman rd! We visited today and stopped by the cafe and was greeted by a very friendly young man. He chatted with me as he made my drink. My kids strolled around and perused the various sections of books. They always struggle choosing as there is such a great selection. They also have quite a record collection. The store is spotless, well organized and the staff is very helpful. Upon checkout we also received a coupon for a free cookie at the cafe.

WOW what an amazing store. The staff is wonderful and the selection is great. The atmosphere and the vibe of the store is relaxing and quite indusive to reading and browsing

Such a beautiful store with kind workers. I’m getting back into reading and Phoebe, one of the workers, had helped me find every book I could possibly want.

I went in to find a specific book but was unable to find it. The staff was very eager and happy to help me locate it. The store was well stocked, organized, and clean. The temperature and music volume were comfortable.

It is so easy to spend way too much time and money in book stores. I am a bookaholic. As I was on a schedule, I had to resist the urge to browse to my hearts content. I went in for one book and still came out with three. When I can allow myself more time, you can bet I will go back.

Nice bookstore, friendly, helpful staff, and a good selection. We like to browse through the books for an hour or so when we stop in.

Stopped in to buy some children's books. They have a whole, very organized children's section. This is a beautiful store with a great selection of reading material. Located right across from the UTC mall with a big parking lot.

Love this store! As an avid reader I could live in Barnes and Nobel. I am a rewards member and the rewards are awesome!

Nice clean book store, has a Starbucks inside also.
If your lucky the title your looking for may be on a sale table.

They had the book we wanted. It is a little tricky finding the store using maps if you are unfamiliar with the area. Whoever put in all the roundabouts needs to be flogged.

Great store. They have a good selection of a variety of books. The staff is also always helpful and surprisingly personable, especially in the check out line. I never feel like the cashier is just trying to get me out of the store, rather they seem engaged with me and usually have pleasant comments to make regarding my purchases.

It's so inviting walking into this bookstore. The floor to ceiling windows make lots of warm natural light and add for extra coziness. There's always someone there to help me find what I'm looking for and give great recommendations. I love reading the staff pick notes left in all the different sections. The Starbucks inside has great staff as well and the seating in the cafe is equally as atmospheric.
