I purchased a CyberPowerPC Model C series from Best Buy. I got a great deal. I'm very happy with my purchase. The PC is fast and looks aswesome with the LEDS. I love the glass side so you can see inside the tower. Best buy staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

Best Buy does audio installation in your vehicle right on location. Treis did a wonderful job installing a new system in my older vehicle. Older vehicles tend to pose challenges but he rose to the occasion and overcame every obstacle my car had to offer. Sophia (my car), is really happy with her new sound system and back up camera. Nick is another installer there and always has a smile on his face. I’m really glad I finally upgraded. It’s almost like having a brand new car.

While visiting family for the holidays my Samsung computer screen went black and I took it to the Geek Squad. I did not have an appointment and I was placed on the que. The associate who helped me quickly diagnosed is as the mother board and another diagnosis completed by the back geeks confirmed the mother board. They were able to transfer all of my data onto a new computer that I purchased at the store. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and I was treated with the upmost care. Highly recommend this Best Buy.

Went to geek squad yesterday, January 30, for an ongoing problem with my galaxy s22 phone. I was served by John - twice. He was professional patient and helpful. He resolved my issue. I can't thank him enough.

On 2/19 two members of Geek Squad provided wonderful support to our tech issues. Hats off to Mike and Shawn. Give them a raise!!!

As many have said, this location is a little on the smaller side but the do have a reasonably good selection. The staff is really friendly and while I’m sure that it’s “who you get” when getting information in the various departments, they do try really hard to assist you with your selections. I’ve had a string of good luck when it comes to service. If you shop here or at any Best Buy, be sure to join their rewards program. It starts out weak but as you buy more, the reward percentage really adds up. I’ve earned more than $1000 since joining a few years ago.

Luis at the Geek Squad was amazing. He and his teammate had both issues resolved quickly. I thought it was a hopeless cause.
While helping me, he acknowledged the other customers who had appointments and offered appointments yo those who didn’t. Kudos to Luis!!!!!

Great deals. All the staff was very helpful. Even during Black Friday, they were attentive and accommodating. Made for a great and easy shopping experience.

I always have good service and advice. Very helpful when I was looking at the frame option TVs. I buy online often and pickup at this store. Great Best Buy.

I had the best experince at University Parkway today. I had a misunderstanding with a sales guy when the manger was present and bought a membership plan. Then, I discussed it with him and he said he totally understood how I could have misunderstood it and gave me a gift card in the amount. Customer service! theanks Bueno!

Just went to buy a new laptop, had some details in mind of what I wanted, the associate who helped me was awesome. He asked questions and give proper advice on the different options. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Left with a new laptop and very happy with the service.

They have a huge selection of tv set!
Thinking appliances they've got them.
Cell phones printers you can even buy DVDs there, CDs they've got it all.
We like to do Christmas shopping there.
Lots of parking if your thinking about Black Friday. Best Buy's puts outs some really good deals on all that was mentioned above.
Good hours and a bright well lite store.

This Best Buy is way better than the Port Charlotte store. Customer service is way better, they took the time to hear what we wanted in a TV and set us on the right path to make us Happy.
