Best hospital I've been to, fast service, nice people, and comfy beds. 10/10 would get sick again.

The nurses the aides and the Physicians were all WONDERFUL. They made an unpleasant situation as comfortable as possible for me. I highly recommend that facility. They most definitely put the HOSPITALITY in Hospital. Thank you to ALL the staff! ANGELS.

Amazing and super helpful! Got us in quick and were super nice! The building was a little hard to find (night and raining) but totally worth it.

I came into St Francis Regional Medical Center's Emergency Room this morning after falling and hurting my ankle. I came in with the concern that I broke my ankle. The nurse in my evaluation deemed that my situation was not an emergency and sent me over to Urgent Care.

After having x-rays on my ankle and an evaluation by the doctor, it was determined that my ankle was fortunately not broken!! It had been severely sprained. The medical staff was very polite mannered and kind to me.

The only issue that I had here was the walk back out to the waiting room. The nurse never gave the wheelchair back that Inhqd used so I had tried walking the long walk and eventually could not do it. My cousin asked the nearest staff to bring me a wheelchair and they politely did so. I also didn't care for the type of x-ray machine that was used. It was sore for me to stretch my leg sitting the way the x-ray technician had me sit. But she got the job done so I won't complain about that too much!

Overall experience: Satisfied (4 stars)

Online check in is a joke only giving it 3 stars bc the rooms are clean

I will never return here. I don’t care how sick I am. This place is so disorganised in every single aspect. Rude nurses, too. I’m glad one of them listened to me but that doesn’t make it all okay. Don’t go here if you want quality care. One of the nurses had the audacity to ask “what do you expect us to do for you?”. Ended up walking out of there with an Influenza A diagnosis when half of them thought I was just being dramatic.

I do not write reviews, but I will for this one. I will preface with that I do understand how short staffed places are, Covid changed everything so I will give extra grace and patience. 2 hrs and 23 mins for a strep test!?! I got there right at 5 when it opened, only one person in front of me that went in and left within 20 mins. Because of this place I will never go to the DR or UC again, I better be flatlined on a stretcher needing to be identified. Don’t mention parking. Zero stars I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went on urgent care last night for severe ear pain. The PA that looked at me was only in the room for about 2 minutes. Checked my ears and said it probably was not an ear infection because Adults can't really get them. Still gave me an antibiotic though. Well if it wasn't an ear infection, why did my ear drum burst 3 hours later?

Worst care I have ever received.

S** service. I NEVER do reviews, but I had to for this one . I went to urgent care today(3/22/23), and witnessed a Somali couple in-front of me, whom were going into labor and were struggling with English. As stressful as the situation is for the patient already, the receptionist ( Blonde woman, 30s?) was yelling at the patient. I get the frustration with not understanding them, and them not having a translator or app. Yet, that is NO way to treat anyone, it says a lot about the woman’s character as well as her customer service skills. She also displayed frustration towards her coworkers who were trying help the Somali couple, (talk about remaining calm in stressful situations). Once I was helped I was told either 1.5hr wait for Urgent care or 3hrs for Emergency room, depending which one you get placed in. I left, and went elsewhere were I received better service and do not have to pay extra for emergency room visit.

Before moving to Minnesota, I visited in June 2022. While here visiting I got a mild migraine headache but forgot my medication back in Virginia. I went to the urgent care to get a prescription only. I sat in the exam room, the doctor came in. I informed him of my situation, He wrote me the prescription and I left. Now I am receiving two separate co-pays totaling $70. Their representative over the phone is saying, we have always billed that way, one for the facility and one for the doctor. This is BS and false advertising because no urgent care bills this way that I have ever heard of in my life.

This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been to.... Currently sitting in the ER lobby waiting with a sick child.... Been here for over an hour, was given nothing but attitude when I walked in the door and asked for urgent Care "well that's not open until 5, sir"... Well Karen it's now 5 and aside from getting vitals taken we are still here in the lobby... I asked the nurse for a time frame now at 5 pm.... Again apparently I'm out of line " well sir at our hospital we don't see people with abdominal pain in urgent Care"..... This is just the last in many BS scenarios that tis hospital has put my family through, if I didn't live blocks from here I wouldn never come, honestly I'm thinking of moving!... Avoid if possible

I have Ewings sarcoma stage 4 and I'm seen at Mayo I moved to a different city south of he Twin cities. My mayo doctor told me to go to Urgent care after waiting a good 45 minutes I was called back by a nurse who took no vital signs and when I said that it's possible a prostate infection a nurse told me to go back out v in the waiting room to wait for c v the ER because they couldn't service me. I was wearing a security badge pin on my jacket and I think I was I'll treated because of what I do for work. Because the nurse want that great towards me after seeing that. I understand someone people hate law enforcement of any kind and when security. This place will be reported to the memedical director. Unreal on the treatment here.
