I had an amazing experience at this repair shop. I brought in two Apple devices in terrible condition. I had shown them to two other places, both of which gave me super expensive estimates and suggested that I not even bother fixing them. However, the staff here professionally explained everything and managed to fix both my phone and AirPods, making them look brand new with perfect quality. I highly recommend this place…they should call it a magic shop!

I couldn’t be more happy with Express Mobile Repairs in Folsom! My daughter left her cell phone on the floor in her high school weights class and the outcome was disastrous. I called Express Mobile Repairs and they were able to fix the screen immediately at a very fair price (I compared with other quotes in the surrounding area). It was estimated 30 minutes for the repair, but it only took them 10 minutes! I highly recommend this business for your technology repairs. We really appreciated Mehdi‘s customer service!

Kind of embarrassed to admit but our family has come in with at least dozen broken laptops and phones to fix screens, battery issues and all kinds of things. Every single time we have been receipt of the best service and competitive pricing. Mehdi is very communicative with keeping us up-to-date on how the repairs are going. Usually, it’s just a few minutes or an hour turnaround time for something straightforward as a broken phone screen. Don’t hesitate to go if you’ve got a broken device!

I took my laptop here with a cracked screen. They were so helpful in answering my questions and have affordable prices. I dropped my laptop off right before close and was able to pick it up the next morning. So happy with the service and would recommend others to go here!

My laptop computer needed a screen/hinge repair. I use the computer for my business and couldn’t operate without it for any length of time. They ordered the part and I continued to use my laptop until the part arrived. Then I dropped my computer off in the evening and it was ready the following day by noon. Really happy with the repair —it’s perfect. The timing was great and the price was super reasonable.

Express Mobile Reiair is our go-to cell phone repair shop. We’ve used them multiple times as our son continuously drops, waters and abuses his iPhone. They fix it for an affordable price and they have really great customer service with friendly and helpful attitudes. My Lenovo laptop had a really loud fan noise, general slowness, and a shortened battery life. I came in 1.5 hours before closing and picked up my laptop just an hour later. Mehdi fixed the fan and tightened all the hinges (likely solving the other two problems, but honestly, not sure yet), offered a warranty on his service, and gave care tips on what to watch out for with the device all for an affordable and reasonable price. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

I broke my phone as I tend to do... I reached out to Express mobile repair and they were very kind and understanding. They were hopeful they could fix my phone which I relay on heavily (as we all do) They within an hour of dropping off emailed me stating what the issue was and ordered the parts needed to repair the damage I caused. Two days later I'm picking up my phone and it is on but will not hold a charge. I have to get a new phone because I really did a number on it this time. They only charged me a few dollars for labor after everything! Not for the parts they ordered and let me keep.They kept me informed with each step of the process like I was a priority. I will always come here. they were professional and kind. kept me in the loop and were genuinely trying to do their best. my phone is still broken and I'm a fan! that says it all. customer service matters and they get that here.

Had some gunk in my charging port but thought it was possibly loose. A lot of phone repair places would totally take advantage and throw in and do extra things just to charge you a bunch. Super honest and kind staff going out of their way, super clean space, and well ran. Ended up cleaning it out for free! 6/5 stars.

Wowzers!!! MAC battery fried, dropped off the comp, the folks took care of me as if I were Steve Jobs 2nd cousin twice removed! EXCELLENT Customer Service and they went above and beyond, not just replacing the battery, but cleaning the fan out and placing some thermal paste! Now that my computer works I can leave a SWEEEET Google Review like this one!

I highly recommend express mobile repair to all my friends and just to everyone in general for all electronics repairs. They fixed my iPad for a very low cost and also offered me life time warranty and kept their word on the price since January when I first visited them to ask for price.

I walked in, thought I had a cracked screen, but they truthfully told me it was just my screen protector. I had also broken the tip of my charger inside the phone. They fixed both issues, charged me a reasonable fee, and completed the work in less than 25 minutes. Thanks EMRepair!

Genuinely impressed by this repair because my phone was absolutely shattered (see pictures) and they were able to use a laser cutting tool to remove the back glass and put on a new one. All MagSafe features still work great which was a big worry of mine but I haven’t noticed any issues. Apple charges $550+ for this procedure and with Express Mobile Repair I paid $190 for my 12 Pro which sounds like a pretty good deal to me! Also the staff was very professional and courteous which gave me confidence they’d do a good job. I’ll definitely be returning should I ever need another repair done!
