All around great customer service at this store. 2 notable employees providing amazing customer service, SJ and Nikki. I had a faulty iPhone and originally went to the other Folsom TMobile on eBidwell for help. They had me go through Assurant to file a claim, but when I filed the claim it said to go to TMobile for help. They said they couldn’t help me and referred me to Best Buy for AppleCare, which I had to wait a week to get an appointment for. Once I was at the AppleCare appointment at BestBuy, the employee couldn’t help and said I had to go back to TMobile. I was very frustrated at this point with a lot of wasted time and gas, and decided to try out the Palladio TMobile. One of the managers, Nikki, was super friendly and talked me through my options. She even called her manager to ask additional questions to ensure a good outcome. When my new phone came in, I went back to this TMobile store to set up the phone and transfer over my data. SJ helped me out every step of the way. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to show good customer service!

Came in today looking for a hotspot and data plan. Noor and Nikki were absolutely phenomenal! Very considerate, very approachable. They even tested my new hotspot in store to make sure the hotspot, sim card, and battery were all working properly. (Never had that happen before.) It was easily the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a phone/internet service retailer. Hats off to both of them, thank you for being wonderful and helping keep my dream alive!!

Very courteous staff. Got to know this is a 3rd part company helping T-mobile (unable to recollect the name of the girl who helped me. Attn: management - Kudos to her, if you can.)

My problem was that I was dealing with wrong charges on my bill. Was on customer service line for 2 hours. Instinctively, I dropped by a store while over the phone with customer service to avoid any further "transfers". I was almost convinced by the person phone that everything is set right, and charges reversed until the store member interrupted them saying she does not see the reversal. In short- I was given a false promise by TMobile over phone.
More power to you guys at store.

I bought the gateway. Very informative and helpful in deciding to get Internet through T-Mobile. Everything seems to work well as far as very few connection issues.

The assistant manager ( Nicole ) at this store is incredible! I was so done with T-Mobile but today she helped me so much with my phone that decided to not work. There were other customers that were walking in and she was doing multiple things at once yet still seemed to give me her full attention, even thought one of the customers weren’t that happy she was very professional in every way!

I received a text from my Sprint account that I need to switch out my Sim card at my local T-Mobile store in order to take advantage of their 5G network. I made a same-day appointment for the location at Palladio. I walked in, was greeted right away, and in less than 30 minutes I was on my way. It was fun to check out some of the latest chargers and blue tooth devices while I was there. Their store is located right next to the parking garage. Very convenient.

Hands down my best experience! Ashley helped me purchase a new phone and changed my entire plan saving me tons, all which only took about 15 minutes. The store manager Nestor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all platforms. Overall the entire staff was top-notch. Going to be making this my home store for sure! 😎

I had a major phone issue last Sat. Visited the store. All associates we super professional and helpful. I was helped by Niki who took her time to listen and solve my phone issues. She is really experienced, patient and helpful. She really needs to be recognized. She did a magic on my phone. Thank you to Niki and all the assiciates at the Paladio branch.

Nestor was super patient with my husband and I as we bought new phones and transferred from AT&T to T-Mobile. We are super happy with this store. Monica and Valeria helped us also and they were great as well. Wonderful customer service.

T-Mobile, as a company, rocks... their customer service people are great. What is surprising is that their store personnel are also great. I recently purchased a new phone from them and the people at the T-Mo store in the Palladio were great - very patient and helpful. I watched their interactions with other customers while I was there and everyone got straight-forward advice - and not a sales pitch. If you're tired of the push-push-push you get from AT&T or Verizon stores, try these guys - they're refreshingly different.

I had an appointment that unexpectedly ran over an hour in store because someone had used my information to create an account. Arianna provided excellent customer service and got all of the issues resolved. I recommend setting up an appointment beforehand to avoid a long wait. Since the mobile space requires more hands on interaction with customers with varying levels of technical capability, there can be long waits for walk-ins from time to time. The customer service is worth waiting for and much better than dealing with a call center.

Tonight I left work in a hurry to make it to the T-Mobile store. They closed at 9 I walked in at 8:56 and they we eager and happy to help. I was there to get myself a birthday present witch was a new smart watch. Marco and his assistant manager we're so amazing. They were genuinely great full for my business. Just another reminder that my decision to switch to T-Mobile was a great one.

Nestor and his team are phenomenal. They switched me to the military plan saving me tons and we even got half off the Galaxy s9+ phones. Come here if you want the best customer service and best prices. Will definitely make this our home store.

Beyond offering a way better plan with better service than what we had with at&t, the customer service was exceptional. Ashley answered all of our many questions and helped us through the process patiently. For super specific questions, Nestor was able to jump right in and take care of them. What was amazing about the whole process was that they didn't try to upsale us on any products or services. Highly recommend stopping by if you're thinking of switching.

I had the best mobile phone store experience of my life at this TMobile location! The store manager, Nestor, was highly knowledgeable on all products, services, and promotions being offered by TMobile and takes pride in helping people get the most for their money. Him and his team made the transition smooth and easy. Marco on his team also notable in his knowledge and customer service. So definitely go to this location and ask for Marco or Nestor!

My experience at this T-Mobile store was just great! They made me feel welcomed as I was coming in to Pre-Order the S9 Plus. I got helped by a worker named Monica and she was so helpful, informative and nice. She made my first experience pre-ordering a new phone easy and quick.
I will definitely be coming to this specific location at the T-Mobile in the Palladio from now on! Especially with the staff that they have. I highly recommend these guys here!

Best T-Mobile Store ever!!! Nestor, Vivian and Marco were amazing, very helpful with the whole process, explained everything from new things on the phone, to what I was paying for! Store is huge and very clean, no waiting time. I went to 3 different T-Mobile stores before coming to this one, I will continue to do all my business at this location!!

Shout out to Nai, Nestor, and Ashley for assisting me with my new phone! They showed me so many things I didn't know the Samsung could do. It's great knowing they're knowledgeable about the products. I have had a bad experience going into a previous tmobile store where the team including their own manager not knowing their stuff! It's a pain and a hassle some times going into the stores because all they ever want to do is sell you stuff!!!! However, at this location I didn't receive that vibe at all. They were courteous, listened, and found solutions to my problems.

Jake at the T-Mobile store in the Palladio shopping center was very helpful. He had us in and out in less than 10 minutes for brand new phone. Really appreciate his attention to detail his willingness to save us money on a monthly billing and switching over my account settings. Customer service at this store is a lot better than the other Folsom store near Pete's Coffee.
