I called to see if they had glass screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra. They didn't have one in the store. they could have won their very quick 5 minutes after I had driven there they were there with the screen protector. Installed it with no way. They sent someone to one of their other stores to pick it up. I don't need those type of things all the time but when I do I will return.

Amazing! Took some time but the price I paid was very cheap for water damage screen repair. On top of that, when I had to take it back to get the water damaged reassessed ( my phone took more damage than just it's screen from the water overtime, it turns out. ) they replaced my phones motherboard for no extra charge. They paid completely out of pocket!

Also the people are very nice. It was a kind woman who assisted me.

I brought my phone in for repair, called an hour or two before walking in, letting them know my situation and they said it would take about an hour and that they had the parts in stock. Already off to a good start I thought. So I brought my phone in, was told it was gonna be $180.00 before taxes. The technician who's name I forgot to get, has certification on his wall right behind him along with broken screens from his prior repairs plastered to the walls to show off the work he's done. I was also offered to watch every step of the repair which I gladly took up. He carefully took every component out of the phone to get to the screen, told me he would give me a new frame for the phone since it was scuffed up from dropping it without a case since cases are hard to find. and when I asked if it would cost any extra I was told no it wouldn't. I watched him put every component back in the new frame, make sure they were secured and tightly connected to the board, tested the phone and even had me test it before he put it back together. It took only 40 minutes even though I was told it would take an hour, and my final price after tax for the screen and frame was $193.00. in the end, nothing is missing from my phone and I'm using the phone he fixed to leave this review. I am highly satisfied with the service that was provided and give this place and the technician a 5 star rating. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone who needs a device repaired I will update this in the future if any problems occur. Edit: 11 months later now 6/19/22, screen hasn't cracked and is very good quality if not original
