T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Kylie was extremely helpful and made the process of setting up a new phone very easy. She explained everything clearly and took time to ensure everything was done correctly when transferring from my old phone. Kylie set up and connected everything for me, which was awesome. She went above and beyond with great customer service and professionalism.

I think it's very convenient at the T-Mobile store in the Galleria Mall.Each store has a different owner, but there are two stores in this mall, so if one of them is crowded, you can walk to another store, but if both are crowded, you can go to another store. I have no choice but to give up and wait.The interesting thing is that the knowledge of mobile phones varies slightly depending on the people working.How to use the new model is quite different. Since they have moved into an actual store I have had a more positive experience than going to the Sprint store over off of Douglas Blvd. I’ve gotten my phone here and had a good experience and yesterday I got an Apple Watch. It was quick they were very thorough and helpful! Although it is a hassle to get into the mall I’d rather go here than the other place!

Well 8 stores later, we were finally able to get a SIM card for my husband's "new" (to him) phone, and get it activated.
Thanks to Fernando at the "upstairs" T-Mobile store in the Roseville Galleria Mall.
I'll definitely be going back to this store in the future.

I was walking in the mall and someone called me from behind and it was someone from sprint(David) and he convinced me to get sprint so I changed immediately from t-Moblie to sprint and I told my family in San Jose in Oakland to change. All the employees are friendly and nice but my favorite is David he is the best! He has great customer service! Thanks 😊😊😊👍👍

Went to t-mobile at the gallery In Roseville California... Fernando helped us ....fantastic love his enthusiasm and very knowledgeable... I highly recommend him...he deserves a raise.... thank you
