Blade and Kyle were so helpful when I experienced issues with my phone. Their knowledge and consideration of my situation provided a way for us to save hundreds of dollars. I have never encountered better Verizon employees!

Greg is amazing. Computer issues, he worked around it and I got my new phone. He's a pleasure to be around.

These guys were very professional and get the job done! When I could not get help from my local Verizon store, I came to this location and they were super!! Took them no time at all and they had me on my way. Would definitely recommend them and will be back for all my iPhone needs. Thanks so much guys!

A man named Kyle he was a manger , but he still works there . He was really nice and helped me so much . There was some complications about something but he figured everything out and I didn’t worry another second after ! He is my go to for this location !

I’ve gone into this store with the weirdest problems & ever single time they are able to quickly help me when other Verizon stores cannot. The staff is super friendly and understanding. For instance today I couldn’t send Android phones a text message from my iPhone. The problem was fixed within minutes. I’ll be shopping here from now on!

Kody was so helpful and nice to us getting us started on a new plan. He even stayed a few minutes after closing. He was very informative and gave us many different options!

I had help from 3 different people. Cody, Ethan, and Colin! Every time I called into the store with question's, anyone who answered the phone was nice and willing to help me. I was looking for an upgrade and they made sure I would get a good deal and a phone that I would really like (which I love). Just an overall pleasant experience. These guys really go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly. Ethan left instructions for anyone to follow depending on who would be working with me when I came in to the store just in case he was not there. Colin jumped in knowing what to do. Very great conversationalist all while making sure my information from my old device transferred over to my new device. I would advise when you go in, be patient because even with a lot going on as you are waiting they still made sure to greet me and others while helping with other customers.

Devin was phenomenal to work with. Manage to help me with a few of my issues and had great conversations along the way. Highly recommend this store and Devin!

I believe the guy who helped me was Sean, but he was amazing! He actually talked me down from getting the most expensive IPhone because of his experience and brought me to most valuable option for the price. If he’s in the store, definitely go to him!

I have been a customer since the beginning and been a fan because Ethan and Nate were always the best. Yesterday I came in with multiple things to do, paying off devices, getting rid of some and a upgrade . I had to deal with people I have never met or seen before, got the same top quality service as always! It is good to know that sales and service is consistent throughout the organization.

Went in to get a new phone because my old one had water damage. Greg was extremely helpful and polite when walking me through my various options. I was there for 2 hours while my phone stuff transferred over and he was very patient during the entire process. I've never had a better experience at Verizon before, I can weirdly say it was kind of fun lol

Joseph was great he was very informative. His customer service is outstanding he has really good conversation while waiting for things to process and he is al efficient. I always get really good customer service at the location Joseph works at and I expected nothing less. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a screen protector and case all in my budget. It also saves me time with having to make a call into the call center. He was very considered and patient. Overall, that location has a great team and I am very happy customer of Verizon.

Ethan is probably the most informed and compassionate store manager / customer service person I have dealt with over the past 10 years. Every time I go to the store he is more than willing to fix whatever phone issue I have. He is not pushy about selling product nor condescending when discussing technology.

I came in about two hours before close and a retail associate Robert was up to his neck and customers with problems ranging from Network issues to wanting to buy new phones to questions about other services changing phone numbers all on his own ( literally the only employee in the store. Robert, efficiently and quickly helped me get a new phone and guide me through the process while juggling almost 5 different tasks in a very stressful environment, Robert absolutely deserves a raise for the quality of work that he delivers

Greg provides top notch customer service!! He spends the time to make sure everything is done right and will even meet outside business hours to help a customer!!

Ethan and Collin have been so amazing. I came in today just to trade in my phone and ended up saving a lot of money on my plan. They were very patient and absolutely amazing!!!
