Oh my goodness, I really hope you know what a great staff member you have in your Belcher Rd. Clearwater store named Seth! He was so, so patient with not only me while assisting me with making hundreds of photocopies, but all of the other customers that came while he was helping me. At one point Seth was juggling about 8 customers near the copying machines and he always kept his cool. He was able to multitask between customers and help everyone. There was an elderly gentleman that needed help and Seth was so professional and kind to him. The elderly man almost accidentally walked out without getting his reward points (or something like that) and Seth reminded him before he left so he wouldn't miss out on them. What a true customer-service oriented person you have in Seth! I really hope you will reward him with something tangible because employees like him do not come around often. Thank you, Seth!

The staff were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
I had to use crutches to get around.
The staff member who seen me came to my aid right away. Helped me find my items and bought them to me and helped me checkout .

I often have a pressing issue with business that needs urgent attention. When I arrive at the Office Depot, I’m full of anxiety hoping I can get my needs met at all let alone quickly. Will it be too busy for someone to help me? Will someone help me? Will they know how to get done what I need? Well, without fail and for three years now, this particular Office Depot has taken care of me quickly and easily several times. And they are always so calming and friendly. I can’t say enough about how good that makes me feel. Love this place and…thank you. Sincerely, thank you.

Ordered some last minute copies for an event online. The order was ready in minutes! Very impressed and the staff could have been nicer.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I like to touch the merchandise, ask questions and look around before I buy. Can't beat a brick and mortar store.

The signing in the store quickly guides you to your area of interest. All items are easily both visible and available for handling. This store is spacious and staff more than willing to advise and share knowledge. I also love the little oddments for sale near the check out, and have bought many small gifts for friends from this assortment. You never know what will be there, and it always changes.

The 2 young men on the front counter were assisting several customers at the same time with Fed Ex, office supplies & behind the counter items like lamination, but were helpful & nice.

It sounds dumb, I know, but I've been having trouble with a printer cartridge. The cashier actually researched the difficulty I was having and pointed me in the right direction. Incredibly helpful. I'm very grateful!

Last minute needed a thumb drive made an order online saying it be ready in 20 minutes. Made the purchase and it switched over to say wouldn't be ready till the next day. While I was still in the store spoke to an associate he got the order online and I received it as promised

They have a employee named Olga she has been helping me for the past few years anytime I need something process emailed or faxed! whenever things go down at my office I can always count on her and she never complained, she never sighs she's always wearing a smile and always goes the extra mile to help all customers and to make you feel thankful you came in.
They are lucky to have such an employee as her!

These five stars go to the employee Michael at the belcher rd location,who helped me with printing some documents the other night. He was kind and patient with me and I got the papers I needed. I didn't realize at first that the printers work only with cards but he showed me another way to check me out. I was very happy with the service i received from him and will only go there if he is working. Last week when I went in there were 2 employees one was karen who had a smug angry look on her face and she didn't even ask me if I needed help but continued to help people who came in after me. The other employee jonathan was just walking around doing nothing and also did not ask me how he could helpe. The employee Michael was very knowledgeable about everything and I want to give him a HUGE THANKS for doing his job when it came to helping me and others in the store. The other 2 that were not nice or friendly nor didtjey greet me need an attitude adjustment. They never made me feel welcome in the store nor did they seem to.caew about my issue.. So thank you again Michael for all your help, you are shining example of what customer service is!

Young man in the printing center created a very nice business card for me that was eye catching and them printed very quickly for us, great customer service.

This Office Depot is always clean-looking and I'm able to find what I need!
I recently went in to get some designs printed and laminated with other special specifications.

Jeremiah, the assistant store manager, was patient and helpful with me and the other customers that were there at the time, despite the fact that this action that I came here to do had specialized aspects to it.

Thanks to Jeremiah's good customer service, the specialized printing and laminating process was a success, and I went home happy with the printed designs!
