Hard working staff, sometimes short-handed, but always gets the job done. Most of the food is made made to order, so please don't be irritated if they ask to pull forward. It is so they can make your food and help out the next customer while you wait to keep the lines down.

Whoever was taking orders at the window 4/8 around 10:45 is a rockstar thanks for not being one bit rude you were truly professional we appreciate you

Didn't get anything because sat at drive through for over 20 minutes for the 2 time.
Months ago same thing. No movement

I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive everyone at this McDonald's location is. Everybody that walked by asked if I needed some help and seemed to genuinely care.

When I pulled up to the drive thru, it was packed and had cars in the spots where you wait for your food. I was kind of shocked by how they got everyone their food in a timely manner. It was super fast and professional, and my food was fresh.

It's a fast good joint they get your order right and they get you on your way with a smile

Always fresh in the drive through and they never forget anything, even for big orders.

It use to be better hospitality gone down the drain. Metaphorically speaking 🔊

Excellent morning crew today 5/8/2021!!! That line was non stop. But the wait felt like nothing. That awesome crew making that food and pumping them cars threw with friendly service. Thanks for a good start to my day. Keep up good work y'all!!!!

even short staffed, always exceptional service and helpful, professional employees. we go out of our way to go to this location instead of one closer because the accuracy, quality, care and availability of milkshakes is always consistent.

My son only likes going to this McDonalds it's always clean inside and out the staff are hands on the food is hot and fresh

Working with minimal crew, the drive through is the only way to get food.

We ordered four burger meals, large combos, and 20 chicken nuggets.

Our order was correct, the burgers delicious, fries hot and the drinks cold!

I'd like to say thank you to all the employees at McDonald's and every other dining establishment out there. They are all challenged with minimal resources. Those who choose to show up are greatly appreciated and they're doing a great job! Thank you!!

I went there tonight and there was only 2 men working. They deserve giant raises. It was very chaotic however they made my order perfectly with still being friendly and polite. Thank you to those two men

Food was prepared as ordered ( unlike melvindale location where constantly missing items, sauces, sandwiches missing toppings). Friendly staff unlike other McDonald's ( melvindale especially) where they just have your food and no thank you... No have a nice day... Nothing basically feel like here now go. So think we will choose this location in the future!

Line went pretty fast, food was hot and fresh!! Fries were also salty. Overall a great trip

Fastest McDonalds experience ever. Thinking of what I want to order took more time than actually getting my order. The burger was tasty as ever.

The men's bathroom was particularly clean. That is always ensuring to see.

There was one 25-30-year old gentleman/beggar sitting between the door and the counter asking for strange items (Shamrock shake instead of a meal/money). It be hard out here so I turned him down, he was not aggressive about my declination. Odd encounter INSIDE a restaurant though.
