We stopped by for ice cream and found the service to be great and prices very reasonable. The ice cream was amazing and offered a good selection of flavors to choose from. I had the banana split and was very surprised at the price for all that I got. Definitely recommend if you are in the area to stop by and enjoy great service and food/ice cream!

Absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, the food was so sweet and good, the hot cocoa we had was amazing. The milkshakes were incredibly priced, too!

Wow, what a gem! Just discovered the small town of Big Stone Gap today. This place and the wonderful people here make me want to come back again! I had the Marion blackberry and it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Impressive menu of ice creams and coffees. Highly recommend visiting 404!

Absolutely loved this place! Super friendly employees and the food is phenomenal! The Apple Cider is the best 👌. I don't think I can get enough Blueberry cookies.

Nice place, with a drive thru! The inside is really nice and cozy, good vibes inside. I got my dogs a pup cup and myself a mocha iced coffee. The dogs LOVED their treat and I enjoyed my coffee. It was a great casual start to our weekend. Doggies are welcome outside on the patio where there are picnic tables.

Blueberry muffin was very good! Latte she made was delicious! Moose tracks ice cream was good as well, husband and second wife approved!

I only go to get their delicious homemade ice cream, but the rest of the family likes their deserts & lattes. Everything is tasty. On the negative side - sometimes when u go the car line is long, but well worth the wait!

Cutest little coffee/ice cream shop. Their pumpkin ice cream is top notch, coffee was great and the atmosphere is definitely worth experiencing. 10/10 recommend stopping here!

Absolutely!
1. Pricing was very reasonable
2. The bakery goods were all so good. We had a carrot cake cooke, strawberry cobbler cookie, & the millionaire cheesecake and loved all of them as well as the ice cream and sweet tea.
3. Service was great and the place itself was clean and cool.

Will come back and recommend to others. My only complaint is that I wish it was closer to me. Lol.

Very pleasant stop. The staff was great, they got busy, as often happens when we stumble into a place and they are the opposite. They did everything to ensure everyone felt they were important and their order was on the way. The frappe was delightful, with flavor throughout. The peanut butter ice cream was as well.

We came here to shelter from a rain storm and it was the most pleasant surprise. It's a great place, with delicious coffee and an assorted selection of pastry. Their espresso is amazing! In this area, we rarely get the chance to drink a good coffee and this is it. It can compete with actual Italian coffee. If you are gluten-free you can enjoy their ice cream and ice cream products. Plus, the atmosphere is so warm that makes you happy even on a dreary day. Strongly recommend.

After living in the roanoke Valley, homestead products have become a favorite of mine. So when I found out that 404 uses homestead ice cream and milk I was excited. Go give this local business a try if you haven't.

LOVED the place, it's cozy yet ammennative. Tasty! Friendly, lots of variety, and a staff that is out of this world! Spoke with the owner and she was Nice and informative.
I came in for their coffee latté and they are super quick and easy to go.

As you see I roamed the inside of the Cafe and took plenty of pictures while looking into the nooks and crannies and especially the bathroom but I didn't find anything about the price, cleanliness, or piled up. It's extremely clean and newly redesigned from the previous store inside the building. They have several different souvenirs and things made in local stores in town. Kids might not want to stay long but I did see several different types of sweet's and treats. I absolutely love the coffee drink and snacks I left with but I assure you that I will be back to try many more options for coffee and ice cream and other sweet items. I recommend that you at least try it out there and meet the friendliest employees and owners

The staff is always so friendly! I love every coffee drink I have tried and if you have not tried the quiche or the homemade cinnamon rolls, you don't know what you're missing!

A local recommended this place to us and we're so glad we tried it! The owners were so friendly and the coffee and cookies were amazing! The prices are also very reasonable.
